We had ice cream and coffee both delivered while we were still finishing up our wine after main course. 5 min. later, check was delivered. What was the rush??? The restaurant was empty at that time. Food was mediocre, liked the ambiance, but service was terrible by the female waitress with tattoo.

Terrible service. We were the only table. No greeting by waiter, no water, needed to get up and ask-several times-for service and then food to be wrapped up at the end. This was due to the fact that the waiter and busboy were on their cell phones both on opposite sides of the restaurant. Will not return.

A friend and I went there during our weekend trip to NYC. The food was good, especially the crab cake, but the service was extremely slow since there were only one waiter and two waitresses during dinner time; these two waitresses also covered the bar. We ordered desserts (sorbet) but had to cancel them after 15 minutes of waiting since we had to go to a Broadway show. How long does it take to put a scoop of sorbet on a dish? Unbelievable.

Dinner serivce was bad. Had to wait about 20 mins after we sat down to have our drink order taken. Museels were amazing, but the other food that we ordered was fair (crabcakes and salad). Would go back for mussels only and maybe for lunch.

The ambiance was very romantic and enjoyable to dine in. The menu is small, but the quality of the food is incredible. The portion size is adequate. Upon our seating at the table, the waitress came over and informed us that they were out of the Filet Mignon, Endive Salad appetizer, and Escargot. The main reason we came there was for the Escargot and the Cheese Fondue. When I asked the waitress about the Cheese Fondue, she said they did not serve it. When I made my reservation I called the restaurant first to confirm that they served it and I was told they do on their dinner menu and here she is telling me they don't and haven't for the entire 7 months she worked there. This put a major damper on our dinner. The onion soup is to die 4!
