Koto Japanese Steakhouse - VTAirplane delayed, nothing else openWas stuck in Burlington for an extra night due to weather conditions in Philly and our plane had mechanical issues. By the time we got to a hotel it was around 9pm. Hadn't had dinner yet so we were starved! Found this place was open late, got in around 9:30pm and had a fantastic meal that was quickly prepared. I took my Mom to Kotos as it was her Birthday and I wanted to make it special for her so I requested to have the staff sing Happy Birthday to her. I made this request online when I made my reservations. And when I got to Kotos I asked if they saw my special request and if they would be able to do that and they said no problem. Anyway we finished our meal and the check was brought to us and nobody sang to her. Our group had a wide age span and there was something for everyone.
KoTo turned out to be the perfect spot. The service was excellent.
Sitting around the Hibachi made conversation easy.
The food was prepared to everyone's needs.

Our hibachi chef was very entertaining and my 3 granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed the show and the food. The Host was extremely calm and helpful. Food was cooked perfectly and delicious. I would recommend to others. The food was wonderful, although at this particular occasion it was a little more peppery than usual. Kids portions are generous and definitely allows for leftovers.
