They could use a bit more training. Our table was ready at the time of our reservation. What a wonderful gem with a great menu and every choice a home run. Enough small plates to make a tapas meal, but also entrees for those with bigger appetites. The waitstaff was attentive and had an eye for detail, wine list good and reasonably priced, fun specialty drinks. Definitely liked the unpretentious tone in the otherwise "over the top" downtown Bellevue core. The food itself was great, the cocktail menu had a nice unique mix, and the wine list was great as well. The only challenge we had was the window shades not working so sun in our eyes. Wine suggestions were wonderful for both my husband and I and it was fun to celebrate our son's 35th birthday there. I have never found great, eclectic restaurants next to large chain hotels. It is a big venue, does not feel cozy.
