Koral Bar & KitchenAn excellent partner restaurantKoral displays a similar cuisine profile to that of Pearl's, which is appreciated because the food is terrific. Our waitperson was excellent and she was new to the restaurant but definitely on point. Our entrees were flavorful and portions just enough for one person, which is something we appreciate. The appetizer, entree, and cocktail were all winners. One must try the cocktail on the menu made with Jameson, sorry I can't remember the name but it was smooth and perfectly balanced. The food was excellent, the service was great and the bar did a very good job in delivering spot on cocktails.
Typically with large groups the service can be a little sketchy, but I have to say they were absolutely fantastic. Our server was very attentive, super friendly and very patient with everyone in our group. In spite of the quality of the food, the room was only half full when we were there . Koral is worth discovering.

The food was great the drinks' we awesome but the decor was kind of bland. My seat was acceptable. I don't like being squished together with other parties' tables.

I like much better the seating set up now which is a bonus. Food remains great, especially the salmon special they are running! Service was good and it normally is. Not overbearing is the service and I appreciate that as I normally am having a meeting over lunch. The prices for downtown Bellevue are still incredible. What a wonderful gem with a great menu and every choice a home run. Enough small plates to make a tapas meal, but also entrees for those with bigger appetites. The waitstaff was attentive and had an eye for detail, wine list good and reasonably priced, fun specialty drinks. Definitely liked the unpretentious tone in the otherwise "over the top" downtown Bellevue core. I have never found great, eclectic restaurants next to large chain hotels. It is a big venue, does not feel cozy.
