If you are expecting an authentic Japanese or Asian cuisine or tasty Fusion, this is not the place. We ordered 4 dishes that were all too salty and were not prepared well. The white rice was good, however.

While the restaurant is beautiful, the experience left a lot to be desired. The food is quite expensive for what it is. The edamame and my duck confit were delicious, but the edamame dumplings and filet mignon were mediocre at best. Our server, while polite, was terrible. He would leave us unattended for extended periods of time and was a bit difficult to understand. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Las Vegas as there are far superior restaurants along the strip.

Service was bad, it was way too fast. Waiters kept wanting to clear our plates when we were not finished. They even took our drinks before we finished them without asking, and when we complained they didn't even offer us a free one. Food is very good, expensive for what it is but very tasty. If you are in a rush this place would be great but who want to pay $250 for fast food or go eat in 30 mins for 6 dishes. We were looking for a romantic dinner, take our time have some drinks and food but we felt rushed. We did not ask them to do so or tell them we were in a rush and they never asked. If you are looking for a nice restaurant to enjoy good drinks, good food and good service and don't mind the price, go to skip KOI and go to NOBU.

Koi restaurant is attached to Koi "Ultra Club". When the music started at the club, our lovely changed for the worse. We couldn't hear each other speak due to the incredibly loud Hip-Hop and pounding beats coming from so close. Fortunately, this was toward the end of the meal and we got out of there quickly. The food and service were outstanding, so its a shame we felt chased out by the noise. Their sushi was reasonably priced by Vegas standards, and very fresh and flavorful. I would recommend the food, but if you're like me and don't want to be blown out the door by incredibly loud music, so here early, and be done before the noise starts

The only thing I was not impressed with is it took 30 min to get our sushi roll when a table next to us came in 15 min later and had ordered multiple rolls and theirs came out before ours. This person may of been VIP which I think is ridiculous. I'm a paying customer that should of received equal service. This is not how a traditional Japanese restaurant should run a restaurant.

We came for happy hour and dinner. The place was dead, which I didn't mind, and I couldn't understand why. The cucumber martini is great, especially at half price, and if we didn't have dinner, we would have eaten 100 orders of the rock shrimp. When we did have dinner, the apps were ok, but I can barely remember what we had; however the specialty sushi rolls were among the best I ever had. We let the waiter make recommendations and that was a win!

Made a reservation here for my group of girlfriends to eat before the Britney concert. We quickly got seated, served drinks and the food was awesome. Hands down the best part was the wait staff. I believe the waiters name was Francisco and he was so nice and not overbearing-- really changed our minds on the people who work in Vegas! We got pretty rowdy by the end and were still treated with respect and kindness. LOVE!

I choose this restaurant based on other reviews & liked what I saw on the web page. This was a special dinner for my new husband's birthday and it was just perfect. The atmosphere was lovely & the food incredible! Our waitress, Robin, was so helpful with suggestions and describing the dishes for us. We went with almost everything she suggested and were so glad we did, especially the bento box. Topped off with a special birthday treat at the end, made this special night very memorable. It's been 4 days since our meal and we are still talking about how wonderful it was!
