I took her here on a night out in NYC from Philly. We both loved it!!! Great sushi, sashimi and maki. Seafood soup and edamame were great! We had to change our reservation time on open table and they managed it great. Great service. Food timing was impeccable and we finished with time to make it our broadway show. Only downside was that it was expensive. My husband loves crispy rice and Koi is one of the few restaurants that we have found in NYC that offer it. The food was amazing, we had Hamachi, tuna tartar, lobster tacos, sushi roll, scallops, Kobe pot stickers. Koi can be expensive but it was our anniversary so we really enjoyed the great food and service. We were also very impressed with the dessert menu (chocolate cake and rice pudding crème brule- yes please!) and the espresso martini was one of the best that my husband has had.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMTop Off Your Broadway ExperienceWonderful food, terrific service, beuatiful ambiance, vibrant scene. Outstanding for before or after the theater. A short walk to 40th Street, and easy to find a taxi afterward. Can be a tad noisy, but - we still like to eat after the show - quiets down after 10:30 or so.

The service was very friendly ands efficient.
The only thing that I found odd was how small the bar is.
