"Well I was a bit disappointed .. I had seen salmon on the on line menu, planned on ordering that for my dinner. We choose to sit at the grill and discoverd one can not order off the regular menu only the teppan menu...I end up ordering the tofu .. not at all tasty .. it appeared to have been deep fried at an earlier time and they simply warmed it on the grill.....My friends and I frequently dine at the Kobe in Palm Springs where they serve freshly cut large slabs of tofu dusted in what appears to be rice flour and grilled on the grill ... no deep frying involved .....
I don't know if Kobe is a chain or not, but I highly doubt we will go back to this one ....Palm Springs yes however....."

"This particular Kobe had something for everyone: a bar, a sushi bar, a room for private events, booths for dining, and the fabulous chefs and grills that seat 12 or so. Excellent food and excellent chefs. Will return."

"All in all this place was great, but... Compared to others like Chomps or Benni Hanas, this place fell short for me. The show was too quick and the food was below average, the price was the same as the other two places I go. So if you want a show and good food don't go here, just being honest. Great live music was playing, that was the only thing that was a plus."

"Good food! My wife and I would like to go dancing after dinner with our group, buy the dance floor is played that night was greatpretty small. However, the band that played that night was great!"
