The food and service has definitely returned to the excellence of prior days. I arrived late but still was seated right away. The waiter provided excellent service and was on point with his timing and helpfulness. the ambiance was great. I was disapointed my last two outings and haven't been there in a while, but the improvements are evident and 305 is back on my list of great food spots. I tried several dishes and each one was just average. The decor is nice and the wait staff is accomodating. The fixed prix menu choices were EXCELLENT. I chose the Salmon stuffed with crab. It was tasty and plentiful. The crab bisque soup that preceded my entree, was a delicious and tasty way to begin this noteworthy dinner. The dessert was to "die for" and a wonderful end to a beautiful dinner. And, the rose I and all the other ladies in the room received, at the conclusion of dinner,--- was a LOVELY gesture on Valentine's Day!!. Kitchen 305 made Valentine's Day SPECIAL.
