The lighting soars, the photo mural does truly take me back to the two years I lived there. We have been to everything and most multiple times. I love thai/asian but wife would always steer us away as it was just ok before last friday's visit to Kindee. This time it was exceptional, so much so that she suggested we need to go back more often. I think it wil become a a first choice rather than a "what about..." for us on opening night. Interesting Thai food at Kindee.3/24/2013 12:00:00 AMBest Spring Rolls in TownWe made it a 'Thai tapas' outing, trying various items on the appetizer menu. The fresh spring rolls are simply fabulous, perfectly spicy on their own due to the mix of herbs within. The skewers of fried tofu were light and crisp, and the accompanying "peanut brittle" sauce was sweet and tangy. The son-in-law eggs were a wonderful surprise, neither of us had ever tried a deep fried hard cooked egg before, nice crunchy outside, deep fried onions and the tamarind sauce set off both nicely. The beef lettuce wrap was quite bland compared to all the other dishes.
My favorite entree here is Rad Na, make it as zippy as you want with the Thai spice caddy on your table.
