Diner Reviews
  • "We were treated like we were their most important customer. Food was spectacular and service was great"

  • "We had dinner in the lounge and we both ordered the Burger & Beer Special for $10. Good food, good service and good price. What's not to like?"

  • ". . . We chose Kincaid's again. Excellent decision, if I do say so!"

  • "It was an intimate and special birthday celebration. We had an early reservation. Were disappointed to be seated right next to a booth of 4 loud people when there was no one else seated in the entire section. Eventually it did fill up, but it would have been nicer to have been seated further apart in the beginning. The server seemed overwhelmed and we had to ask another server for various things, but overall it was a very nice meal."

  • "Long time play attendees at the Park Square we chose Kincaid's for dinner because its menu provides our group with a variety of delicious options...something for everyone! The wait staff always adds to our evening getting us off to a great start. We then venture back to Kincaid's for late night dessert which is always to die for (Obviously just saw a Murder/Mystery Play)! Kincaid's professionalism from reservations to following up the next day to ensure our evening was everything we anticipated, is so rarely done in the fine dining industry and so very much appreciated. Make your reservations now, no really right now!"

  • "Kincaids is the perfect place to go before a concert at Xcel or show at Ordway. Parking is easy at Lowry Ramp, and the walk through the park to the event is a pleasant, scenic stroll. (except during the winter)"

  • "We ate dinner at Kincaids to celebrate my sons high school graduation. Our server, whose name I never got, was outstanding. Very personable, took her time with us, and even brought my son a special dessert to celebrate. All six of us loved our meals, which included salmon, tuna, steak, and prime rib. It was a perfect evening. "

  • "We had a business dinner reservations at 6:30 and the restaurant was nearly empty, except for one large party. There seemed to be only one waitress and she was very nice, but overwhemed and the manager had to help. Once the order was taken, the food came out with reasonable speed, but my mussels appitizer was over cooked. The main course two of us had was the "up graded" salmon and it was also over cooked and the side of potatoes was so small it was hidden under the fish. The presentation was "indiustrial" rather than sophisticated. Because of the slow service the meal took nearly 3 hours and the parking validation didn't cover even 50% of the garage cost. Not a great performance from a normally highly rated restaurant. "

  • "When we got to the restaurant they did not have my reservation. But because it was not busy at all it wasn't an issue getting in."

  • "The new late night 3 course menu is perfect. Our team generally works late and most restaurants are closed. It was so nice to have a restaurant with great food and service available for us. The service was fantastic, food just the right size and great quality, and the atmosphere allowed us to converse without having to yell."

  • "I love eating at Kincaids. The food is prepared & served with perfection. Great bar. The atmosphere is great - love the artwork. Service has been cordial, un-rushed but attentive. "

  • "We booked a dinner for 6. My husband and I, my parents, and our boys (9 and 12). The food was excellent that evening, everyone enjoyed and ate the meal that they ordered. Which is no small feat considering we have several picky eaters among us. The steaks were cooked to perfection, the ribs had a succulent sauce. It was Memorial Day weekend so on the quiet side. Nice meal!"

  • "Usually Lori Sealy has served us; this time we had Katie (I think). She did an excellent job in serving us, keeping us on time. We were able to leave at the time we told her we needed to leave. Our food and our service was excellent. We have found Kincaids our "Go to" place when going to the Ordway for performances. Thanks for a great restaurant."

  • "Frequent diner at Kincaid's. it's not the most adventurous menu, but it does offer plenty of choices, even for the foodie. The food is always consistent - never any big surprises either way. Just what i expect, and that's good. The prime rib is excellent, and the creme brulee is the best anywhere, hands down. This time it was a little quieter than i personally like. However, we went on a Sunday afternoon on a holiday weekend, so I guess that's not a big surprise."

  • "I haven't been to Kincaids in a couple years. We celebrated our first wedding anniversary and it was just ok. Probably won't go back. "
    Dined on 5/25/2014
  • "Whenever there is a special event to celebrate, Kincaid's is the place to go! Excellent menu selections prepared remarkably well, some of the best service in town."
    Dined on 5/21/2014
  • "Kincaid's was a very nice place to sit down and enjoy food. Though I wouldn't say its a family hang out but great for going out with friends and having fun. The waiters there are awsome. Always making sure you happy and right there having fun with you. The food is excellent. Great variety of drinks. I would go there again and recoamend it. "

  • "We come to Kincaids fairly often, and are rarely disappointed. The food is delicious, nicely presented, and portions of a good size, though the Key Lime Pie is too oversized! We have to stop ourselves from having our favorite dishes every time, and trying new ones, which we did this time. The Lobster Bisque is superb, silky and full of flavor. The swordfish was perfectly cooked. A taste of Spring was enjoyed with the pea salad. "

  • "My husband and I had a good experience overall. The service was really great and the food was quality. It was very expensive and I wouldn't put it in the category of being fantastic, but would eat there again."
    Dined on 5/9/2014
  • "We decided to invite friends of ours out to dinner - the food and the service were both excellent - most of all we did not feel rushed - we had no after dinner commitments so it worked out excellently"
    Dined on 5/17/2014
  • "I liked everything - the service, the ambience, the food and, of course, my companion. The noise level was moderate and can always be quieter but until diners lower their voices I don't think the restaurant can do much more. But thanks for asking about it - it shows you care. My one recommendation concerns the food: the balsamic dressing for the field greens was a little heavy-handed; it could have been lighter, less strong. (I also rather liked being able to walk through the kitchen to the Ladies' Room!) mh"

  • "My wife and I have been to Kincaid's several times and have had good experiences in the past. This time our meals were not so great. My wife had an Alaskan halibut dish. The fish was prepared very nicely, but the rest of the meal was rather bland, and since halibut is a very mild fish it left the meal wanting overall for flavor and interest. I chose a seafood pasta dish (a bad choice). Truth be told, it tasted like something you might get at Olive Garden rather than at a nicer place like Kincaid's. The clams, mussels, and pasta were all overcooked. The cream sauce was very ordinary. It was generally uninspired. When you go to a nicer restaurant, you expect really good food. That's not what we got at our most recent visit to Kincaid's."

  • "Our table beside the window gave a fine view, there is little 'noise' to disrupt conversation, the server was most polite and helpful"

  • "We had a business dinner and it was incredible. The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. Highly recommend Kincaids. "
