Signature items of filet and prime rib were excellent, the side items of potatoes and veggies were cold and unattractive. Drinks were very small and very expensive. Not worth the $75 per plate.

I ordered the Trio special , and really liked the prawns and the salmon. However, since I'm not a fan of "smoked" flavor, I didn't care for the filet. Sarah was so sweet and offered to replace the steak with some prime rib. It was very good. The atmosphere , and service, as usual, were wonderful. We always love to go to Kincaid's. Because I am Gluten Sensitive, I ordered some fresh strawberries with whipping cream and hot fudge. It was excellent. I would have loved to have the Halibut, but can't eat breadcrumbs. Maybe some day the chef will try to make it with gluten free flour and breadcrumbs. My significant other , loved it, as well as the chocolate dessert he ordered.

I took my husband to Kincaid's for his birthday. We ordered a drink and a glass of wine before dinner. They have a good bourbon selection and a very nice wine list. Our server, Jay, was amazing. He recommended food choices based on our conversation and was spot on! The special that night was asiago halibut over smashed potatoes and asparagus that was absolutely terrific. I will definitely go back.

Everything was wonderful, friendly service, Best steak I ever had. It was perfect fit for our anniversary date. Thank you for making this special. The only bad thing was the use of garlic was a little over powering, not during the meal, but 3 hours later it was still with us and in a way that a simple breath mint could not fix. I think it may of been the garlic butter on the bread. but not sure. We will be back.

Comfortable table for five. Service and food were excellent as usual. My wife's father was celebrating his 92nd birthday and Kincaids has become a tradition for our birthday and anniversary celebrations. The staff greeted us upon arrival and immediately wished my father-in-law a happy birthday. Nice touch!

The six of us enjoyed our experience at Kincaid's! The service was perfect, we always had everything we wanted, yet she was very subtle. The meal itself was excellent and timed perfectly. We also appreciated the ramp parking on that rainy evening. This is one of our go to places in the Bloomington area and we look forward to next time!

We had a reservation for 4 at 7:00 but our table was not ready when we arrived. When we were finally seated, we discovered little shards of glass all over the table. When we were finally able to our waiter's attention, it was cleaned up promptly. Service was pretty slow overall. It seemed they were understaffed on the holiday weekend. The food was very good. We will return.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary, and we couldn't have chosen a better spot. The menu had wonderful choices of food and beverages. Our server was there when we needed her but did not hang around when not needed. Our dinners were generous and delicious. At the end of our meal we were given a complementary crème brûléet, which was lovely. We look forward to dining at Kincaid's again very soon.

Great solid experience all around. Inventive dishes (pesto crusted walleye with heirloom tomato risotto, crab cakes with Asian style garnishes) well executed. Attentive, interactive and very helpful service, our server was willing to go above and beyond. Setting is relaxing and beautiful. Truly the only complaint was the small size of the walleye portion - but the wonderful flavors of the accompaniments on the plate made up for that.

The food here has gone down a bit. We had the prime rib and it had way to much rosemary. It was also a bit more fatty than normal. Service was ok, nothing to write home about. It was not at all worth the money.

We would never ever come back, we drove 500 miles because it was highly recommended, and we ended up paying for our 2 drinks, and walked across the street to a place called, PARMA'S. They took us in, and they were packed, and we were immediately waited on, we had a great time, and would go back to PARMA'S IN A HEARTBEAT. not ever to a broken heart as presented by Kincaid's. Never! Keith P. Besch and Erin, my dear Sweetheart of 10 years, we did our Romantic Evening across the street.. Thanks for listening, KB & E

We come here on special occasions. This time for my wife's birthday. She always gets the Wild Mushroom Ravioli with Braised Short Ribs. Delicious!!! I have had their Short Ribs which are excellent. This time I ordered the pork chop with garlic mashed potatoes. Well seasoned and prepared. The server let us sample a couple Champaign's before purchasing which was very nice. Their dirty martini's are excellent too.

Lunch was solid. If I had a recommendation it would be for a couple options that are less expensive, in case someone wants to have a more upscale lunch without spending a lot of money. I didn't think we splurged, and after tip I had spent nearly $50 (for 2). Getting out at $30 didn't seem feasible. But, still, a good meal.

We took our grand daughter to dinner on Thursday and had a very good meal and terrific service. We had the prime rib on the date night menu ($60) and our grand daughter had a kid's meal consisting of oranges and strawberries, pasta with red sauce, lemonade, and a hot fudge sunday ($9). The server was super helpful and very kind to our grand daughter. Will definitely be back.

My two friends and I came here on a whim and enjoyed ourselves very much. They were from Baltimore, staying nearby; I'm from St. Paul. I've eaten at other Kincaid restaurants so knew the food would be good. We really liked the ambiance and our waiter (Carl) was so friendly, thoughtful and helpful and made us very comfortable. I don't know about outdoor dining since we didn't do that; or the late-night or bar scene stuff since I'm past that age. I'd definitely come for a special occasion.

I ordered a rare hamburger, it was seared and then baked. It was as any well done piece of meat with the baking of it. I ate little of it. I ordered short ribs for my wife, and this was like pot roast. It was disappointing. We waited at least 20 minutes for the check when we were done. It certainly looked like the restaurant was understaffed at 6:30 pm.

Made reservation on Monday for Thursday 6:15 pm requested a quiet table for dinner meeting. seated where there was a view of kitchen entrance with servers constantly walking by our table and in and out of kitchen. Our service professional was pleasant but on the slow side (restaurant quite busy) Considered the food average. My past experience at Kincaid's have been positive but this was several years past and I realize that restaurants do change over time.

This one went really lousy. An extra loud group of the Bloomington Chamber of Commerce made plenty of noise and ruined the ambience. The food was prepared incorrectly and turned a potentially romantic evening into a major flop. It will be a long time before returning to Kincaids; and we certainly cannot recommend the food to friends and business acquaintances. We've seen it turn from good service and great food, to now just great glitz. We paid our $100+ for a pretty poor supper. A recent night out a the nearby Good Earth far exceeded Kincaid's service, quality, and price.

I can always count on Kincaids (& have for many years). Tucked into lower ground level of office complex, it doesn't sound like much. But the ambience is romantic, warm and welcoming....The menu features classic meat & seafood dishes...I usually go for the salmon but the prime rib is delectable. Prices are reasonable and fair. choclabannie 8/14
