"We arrived an hour early for our reservation and they bent over backwards to accommodate us. The service couldn't have been better, they even brought us a tray of several sorbets/gelato on the house. We look forward to making it our after theatre dinner choice.All our selections of food were great especially the mussels."

"We had a group of 8 people and several items were missed for our dinner. The wait for our food seemed longer than other places we've went before a show. We had to eat our meal in 15-20" to make our show on time. However, management was wonderful and responded kindly to our concerns."

"I love the new menu! We had the pre-theater menu with a choice of 3 appetizers, 3 entrees, and 3 desserts. I had bacon-wrapped dates, the bacon was crisp and the dates melted in my mouth. Entree was braised beef short rib that was so tender that when I stuck my fork in the meat it practically melted; very flavorful. My chocolate mousse dessert was decadent. With the new menu I'll be back sooner."

"Kil@wat remains one of our favorite restaurants, anywhere. Striking modern orange decor, stellar view of, what else, Water and Kilbourn. The menu is inventive, but not prissy. Every single thing tastes exceptionally good. Top picks: salt and pepper shrimp, wild mushroom soup, braised short ribs, Grandma's chicken, chocolate trio dessert. Service great, friendly, knowledgeable and just formal enough to make guests feel special. Only one slight glitch this time: we informed the server that we had 7:30 theater, entree was slow in coming and we had to rush dessert. A shame, it was delicious!"

"Our dining experience before the Symphony was excellent, we were on a schedule and everything went according to plan. Service was attentive and accommodating, made our experience comfortable, got us in and out without haste. We tried the Duck Potstickers on recommendation, they were fantastic. There is an excellent selection of wines by the bottle, definitely something to return for. Price was worth the portion size."

"My wife and I went for a relatively quick pre-theater meal and ordered a variety of appetizers (cream of mushroom soup, tuna tartare tacos, kobe beef with "hot rock") plus one inexpensive entree (fish tacos). Both quality and portion sizes exceeded expectations, and the atmosphere and service were outstanding. The variety, reasonable prices, and upscale but casual environment will satisfy foodies, families, and hotel guests--which is not easy to accomplish in one restaurant!"
