Though this restaurant is in a non-descript strip mall far from Anaheim's attractions, it is worth a side-trip. Simple decor, no fine cloth napkins, but interesting, tasty food. We had 3 different stews--beef, lamb, chicken--and a vegetable plate, as well as sharing a samosa appetizer. The samosas look like Indian samosas, but with a spicy meat and cheese filling--delicious and very freshly prepared. The stews were flavorful, accompanied by either rice or ugali, a corn dish somewhat similar to grits or polenta. Spices were hard to place; the owner, who very helpfully guided us through the menu, said only that 15-20 different spices are combined, but he seemed reluctant to tell what they were. Not elegant but unusual, tasty welcoming.
