The aged pork chop was a 4-5 inch hunk cooked to perfection. My wife's red fish topped with crab was divine. The potato cakes were deep fried, with lumps of real potato. Different. Finally, we were sipping our martinis at the bar. The waiter refreshed our drinks with new chilled glasses. We live in the northern part of the Metroplex and have visited many of the popular or notable fine dining establishments in our three years of living here. We're always up for trying something new, but that will be saved for different type of cuisine - Kenny's is where we'll go for steak and seafood! Our server was very attentive, but did not smother us. The timeliness of his food orders were excellent, he provided a refreshingly-chilled martini glass on 10-15 minute intervals to keep my drink chilled, and he possessed a well balanced sense of humor.

The service was not bad, but usually is exceptional. I would just call it good or okay. The servers seemed busy and confused. Also, glass was replaced with a chilled one which is great but my old glass had caramel all over it.The new glass, barely any. From that point on my drink did not taste as good. These are just examples. I will still come there again. we come often. That is why I am able to say things were off. Still a great restaurant having an off night. We were seated immediately upon arriving (reservation @6:30). We were greeted by Jennifer. She was amazing. She took time to get to know us and yet remained very professional in her handling our table & those of others. I do not know how Kenny's trains their wait staff but they do an amazing job. One a scale of 1-10, the service at Kenny's is easily a 15 while the food is easily a 10 as well. We both had the special of the evening, redfish with crab. It was a huge serving but extremely well prepared. The sides are very delicious as well. This one is a little out of the way for some, but is worth it! Such a great place for a Girls' Night Out and even a romantic dinner wtih the hubbie.

I love Kenny's!I love all of Kenny's restaurants, but this is definitely my favorite for a night out. They have an easy wine list, please do yourself a favor and order the ribs, and skip dessert in favor of a chocolate martini. But what will really keep me coming back is that Kenny's has the best customer service, hands down. Last time I went the service was disappointing, but their team reached out to me and made sure that this time my experience was perfect. The popover roll they served was AMAZING and probably the best bread I've had in quite a while so don't skip out on that. I ordered the ginger salmon and it was good but the sauce served with it was what made the dish! My friend ordered the U-10 bacon wrapped shrimp and enjoyed the shrimp but had to scrape nearly a pound of bacon off of them in order to even get to the shrimp. Too much bacon is not usually possible but in this case, it was absolutely true! Desserts were a total fail for us. After having such a rich meal, we hoped for something like a banana pudding or light option but there wasn't one. WE LOVE IT! Before discovering Kenny's we would venture to The Palm or Del Frisco when we wanted a nice celebratory meal. Now, we go to Kenny's. We were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary. Eric was our service and did an exceptional job of making sure everything was perfect for us while not being too obvious. The only negative we find is the noise level. It's an open ceiling concept, so there's no buffer for the noise. However, the food and service more than make up for the inconvenience. The sides were delicious. We had the creamed spinach and the asparagus. All of it was made very well. At the end, we had the chocolate brownie to finish our meal off and that was to die for. We were celebrating that night and ordered some champagne. Since they knew we were celebrating, they gave us the champagne on the house!
