In brief....
- sat out on back patio and requested no sun. When we sat, we had sun. Took longer than it should have to get moved one table over out of the sun. Once seated, waitress was excellent.
- among us, we had salads, potstickers, fish, an the stuffed chicken. Everything was excellent with sauces containing subtle flavor layers.

The lobster quesidilla was loaded with lobster, the grouper was as good or better as any restaurant in the Caribbean. The shrimp satay was also very good as was the filet mignon with the three cheese potato lasagna. Our server Eric was personable and funny and very attentive. It was our anniversary and the waitress took our picture and composed a hand drawn card for us. That was a first! We went midweek during the off season. I suspect that weekends during the summer could be very busy. But in Durango that will probably be the case for most of the restaurants.
