The food was found to be excellent for everyone in our group of four. The drinks are a little expensive and resulted in a high bill even with the Dealyo coupon.

A horrible experience and so so dinner. Waited for 30 minutes for waiter to show up at table. Soup was out of a can or so it tasted like it (the chicken noodle) never got my drinks right. The place was empty so what was the problem?

We came down to Philadelphia to see the "Calamari Sisters" and had lunch before the show. The restaurant was in the Hyatt Hotel. It wasn't very busy because it was early. It start to fill up a little. It was during the very heavy rain that caused a lot of flooding. Despite the rain, we got a table at the window, so we could look out on the Delaware River. When it's nice out, you can sit outside which would be great. We ordered the turkey sandwich on ciabatta bread with a side salad. The sandwich was excellent and the service was attentive. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The next time I am at Penns Landing i would consider eating there again.

Normally I don't dine in hotel restaurants when visiting a city but I was too tired to go much further than my hotel. That said, I didn't sacrifice anything. The food was fantastic, the service exceptional and the view -- nice! When I had questions about some ingredients in a dish I was considering ordering the Chef came out and answered my questions personally. He stayed to make sure I was satisfied. I can't recall that ever happening in a fine dining establishment. I'd go back again in a heartbeat the next time I'm in Philly.

I forgot how nice it is to stop here in Spring. After this long Winter, I almost forgot how wonderful Spring can be when looking outside at the Pier, water, boats, etc. You can step outside and this adds to the great food. The service is always good, but this last time I gave a slightly lower score only due to many families plus kids, all deciding to eat at the same time. I would bet that Keating's was not informed of this beforehand. Even with the large crowds, the service was very good.

Hostess called me by name on way towards hostess stand (great impressjon date). Waiter fabulous. There when we needed him, not there when we didn't. Patient while deciding food n drinks. Wonderful view unfortunately raining. Decor is cool and kinda modern design. Bar is cool too. Menu is small but a little everything on it. Requested small ceasar before meal, no problem...dressing tasty. Scallops and crabcakes were awesome. Cheesecake dessert was a great finish we shared. Parking garage was far. Will use Hyatt valet next time. Only issue was noise from group we didnt know about or even see....that started singing loud. Wanted quiet n romantic, not noisy. Overall was great experience, I will ask next time if any large parties booked

We went for dinner before a show next door. The restaurant menu choices were minimal and expensive considering the location. While the food was good, with decent portions, the delay in service and ambiance did little to add to the experience. Sitting at the bar may have been a better option.

The resturant itself was very nice with the view of the river and the staff was very pleasant. However, the food was absolutely awful! We did the breakfast buffet. The eggs were dripping and soggy with what looked like water, the pancakes were so dry when you tried to cut them they literally crumbled apart, the french toast we hard and tasteless. The coffee wasnt very good either. There was a wide variety of food hot & cold but after we tried the frist plate and werent even able to finish we did not go back for more. The worst part of all is that they charge $20 per person plus tax for that buffet. I was very angry that I had a $43 bill when the food was not of that quality nor did I even come close to eating $20 worth of food.

From the description I was expecting a restaurant with a better ambiance, I was hoping more romantic. This restaurant has TV's located throughout and they had CNN blaring the Syrian conflict not the best topic for discussion. Initially when we walked in we waited for a good 10 minutes to be sat, that should of been our clue to get out of there. The food was not something to write home about. I guess what could I expect for a restaurant inside a hotel.

Waited for fifty minutes for a simple meal and they still over-cooked my steak. Hardly anyone was in the restaurant, so a busy kitchen couldn't be to blame. Soup was way too creamy. My daughter couldn't stomach the pasta. They have a captive audience, so I guess they feel they don't have to work too hard.

No where on the website did it say that this restaurant was located in the hotel. It was very good food, however, overpriced since it was in the hotel. If you are staying at the hotel and have no other options, it is fine. But for trying to go out in the city and find a nice place on the water, it wasnt really worth the money. I work in hotels, so i understand the overpricing of food. But it would have been nice to know this restaruant was in the hotel before showed up.
