"I took a girl there for a first date and the food was amazing. The service was good but the reason why I marked it down was because while I was there someone dropped a chair while not carrying it properly across the restaurant, someone else dropped a tray and another person dropped a glass...all employees. I would recommend this place as the sushi was amazing and the crispy rice/spicy tuna dish was amazing. I had the Eel roll and the Rainbow, again both amazing."

"Made you feel welcome as you enter the restaurant. The waitress and servers were very courteous and helpful. We didn't wait long from the time we ordered the food to the time we received. A little pricey, but worth it."

"The restaurant seems to have more of a good reputation than an actually good experience. The service was ok, the server was attentive, and the food was good, but the experience was 'meh'. I probably would not return."

"My reservation noted that it was birthday celebration and it was also mentioned to our server Jason. They either don’t do anything to acknowledge someone’s birthday and I should have been more specific and asked. The food is very good and the best bet is to go with the Chef’s tasting menu if you like to try many items."

"The night started great w/ 2 yummy cocktails (Burning Mandarin & Wtrmelon/Cucumber Mojito). Then we loved the Creamy Rock Shrimp, the Crispy Rice w/ Spicy Tuna & Seared Albacore w/ GarlicSoyLemonButter. The Sashimi Sampler was also amazing. Then..things went downhill. The Stuffed Eggplant was a joke at $11.50-3 small bites that didn't resemble the description. Then a friend was craving a Calif.Roll-which was a MASSIVE disappointment. We asked for it w/ jalepeno which the waiter told us they were unable to do. I jokingly asked if it was factory made. Little did I know I was right! Fake crab @ Katusuya? Really? Seriously terrible-like it was made hrs ago. The speed w/ which everything came out indicated most food was premade. Order carefully!"

"We ate early so the noise was still moderate. All of the food was outstanding. My only issue was that the portions are very small for the price. I prefer quality over quantity but I also like to feel like I ate something after spending $150 for two people."
