I realize that this has become typical in many places but I think it's too forcing. Our orders to include drinks were simple for which I would expect decent service anyway. Prices boarder on too much but I have to say it was some of the best sushi I have had in sometime. The fusion Asian food is delicious, the sakes and wine list are great, the service is excellent! I find myself craving the HK47 appetizers at least once a week. Oddly enough when our party of 6 arrived, there wasn't enough menus for us at the time so we had to wait a half an hour to order. However, we were in no hurry and enjoyed each other's company and the atmosphere with our drinks. When menus were available, we did order and the group enjoyed everything. Went on a thurs night which for dt lg is more sleepy especially for the higher end. That ended up working in our favor as Chef Katsu gave us a ton of attention and information. We ordered right off the specials of the night menu. Fabulous. Chef Katsu is one of the most humble and gracious Chefs we probably have ever met. Our waiter Chris was very knowledagble and Jason at the bar was a true bartender. I would save this place for a night you want to splurge on real high standards of food quality with the WOW factor.

Their help with the saki selection was right on and they were willing to give tastes so that we could decide on the one that suited us. The food is of top quality and very tasty.
