JW Marriott San Antonio - Cibolo MoonPre-Mother's Day BrunchAs usual, everything was great! The only issue was that our service was not what we typically experience, or expect. Our server(s) were not as attentive to our table as they normally are, and we did feel a little rushed. When my wife excused herself to use the restroom, her entire place setting and coffee was cleared from the table, even though she wasn't finished. I was busy talking with my kids, so i didn't notice what was going on. Another issue was parking. Very busy morning at the JW Marriott, so parking was very difficult to find. No one on the staff told me that free valet parking was available for restaurant patrons until after I had driven around looking for a spot for several minutes. The staff asked if there was anything on the buffet they would like before they closed, and got it for him.
