Food was very good and service was fast. No problem with reservation. The only complain is the price was higher than I expected and of course much higher than you would pay for the same food in Spain. But it is only one place in Vegas where you can taste real Spanish cuisine.

The wife and I shared the ribeye steak, steamed mussels, and calamari. Wife also tried the mushroom soup which was delicious. Tapas style dining of course, so don't expect large portions. Great wine selection. Knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service. Reasonably priced, would definitely check it out again.

After several visits have not had anything that was not fantastic. Just try anything on the menu, it is all good! Had great service, sommelier picked us wine without breaking the bank. Not a cheap date, but well worth the price!

Took a group of 15 here last night and was impressed at how good everything was. Every Tapas we tried as well as the three different paellas were excellent. A lot of traditional favorites as well as some great originals (the foie gras and apple combination was amazing). Both the sommelier and the waitstaff were very attentive and prompt and they also did a good job of informing everyone what they were serving when they did (we had ordered ahead for everyone). Something I would like to see done differently would be to have the food paced a bit better (dishes were coming out on top of each other) & wish I had a little more info on portion size as I had gotten the impression they were smaller than they actually were, so we ordered too much.

Fans of Spanish tapas will not be disappointed here. The food was first-rate and, especially for the Aria, at a reasonable price. And the service? I left my readers in the hotel room and before my husband had a chance to go upstairs and retrieve them, our waiter had presented me with a spare pair the restaurant had on hand! Order the tapas -- 2 or 3 is enough per person. I especially recommend the egg dishes, which were outstanding. As for the noise level, request a table at the back, away from the lobby and it'll be nice and quiet. Some of the best food I've had in Vegas. We shall return!

We're from Chicago and consider ourselves foodies. Julian Serrano is a must stop every time we come to Vegas. Their wine list is amazing and every staff member seems to be very knowledgeable about their wines. We recently had their cheese plate, scallops, dates, mushroom risotto. All were amazing. We definitely recommend.

When you walk up to the hostess stand where three hostesses are there to greet you, and you stand there for no less than 2 minutes before any of them even say welcome, and the woman behind the computer puts her hand up in your face when you try to start a conversation, you know you're going to have a phenomenal night. We showed up at 9pm for our 9pm reservation and when one of the hostesses FINALLY deigned to acknowledge us, she looked me up and down and said, it will be AT LEAST 30 minutes. The wait staff weren't much better. Moving empty plates around on the table instead of picking them up? Nobody asking how our meal was? Charming. The food did nothing to redeem the experience. Too much acid, too little salt. Just go to Jaleo.

We had a great lunch here with a variety of tapas, and paella. The food was very good. The service was very attentive. The setting was truly unique and fun. Definitely get the red sangria as well. The fish ball tapas plate is truly unique and yummy. Great place to take your time and explore a wide variety of excellent tapas. However, remember to save room for the paella which is absolutely excellent!!

From the lovely decor to the excellent service from Anthony, the beautiful presentation and quality of our food, our total experience was top notch. Anthony explained the best way to order, what the various types of dishes were and how much food was sufficient for our party. Without a doubt, our best dining experience in Las Vegas.

Our food, wine and service were wonderful. It's a little crowded. HORRIBLY noisy. Hard to find due to having to follow signs through the casino (typical of Vegas). This was my first trip to Vegas so I wasn't prepared for the noise and the huge size of the casinos.

Will definitely return to Julian Serrano on our next trip to Las Vegas. We had a wonderful waiter and the service was excellent. Food was very tasty. Everything was really good. We choose to sit at a high table next to the bar as it was lunch time and choose different tapas to try rather than the set meal. One of our best meals in Las Vegas.

I first ate here about 2 years ago and unfortunately I was not feeling very well and I couldn't taste the food. This time around it was so much better. The oxtail and octopus was excellent. The oxtail melts in your mouth. The octopus was soft and not chewy. It is very reasonably price for a restaurant at Aria. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in Vegas. BTW, it was so good that we actually came back for lunch prior to us leaving.

My husband and i were very hungry and ordered 6 tapas dishes to share between the 2 of us, all vegetarian. Every single dish was outstanding! We could barely finish them. It's not that easy to find vegetarian in vegas, never mind such amazing tasting food. This is my new favorite restaurant in vegas; I would be happy just going here every night every time I come down to vegas .... I HIGHLY recommend it.

Started with the fried calamari and tuna carpaccio which were both excellent (the tuna was the highlight of the meal). Next was bravo potatoes and salmon both which were both well done. Finally, the steak tartar...very strange taste and didn't seem to work. Finally the chocolate lava cake which was outstanding. Overall, great food, I would just stay away from the steak tar tar.

Vibrant fun (loud) restaurant with great Tapas and drink menu and great service. Would consider dining here again. Only downside was the noise level. Ok if you are not looking for intimate or romantic and if you are not with someone who is hard of hearing. Other than the noise level no downsides. Despite the noise was still able to enjoy and converse.

Went with a large group which was perfect. Everyone ordered something different and we just passed plates around the table. Food is great. My favorites were the duck confit and steamed mussels. Desserts were wonderful too. The restaurant is in the center of the casino and is rather open, so the noise level is a more elevated than I am used to. Overall, though, it was a great place!

The good: Good food, good choices, helpful servers. Food tastes very fresh and flavorful. The bad: *Extremely* loud. Multiple servers not coordinated. Good find, but come prepared to get your Tapas staggered over a long time. Don't plan on being able to have any kind of conversation with your companions.

This is my second time at this restaurant. It seemed off this time. When I asked the hostess for the pre-theater menu, it drew a blank from her. She finally found it. The pork chop was undercooked despite asking for it to be well done. The chocolate cake was amazing though. My last visit was wondefil so this was more disappointing. Perhaps it was just an off day.
