I have been to Julian Serrano's at Aria about 3 times now. I try to go every time I am in Vegas. My one beef this last visit was the rush that the wait and bus staff made to get plates, glasses, etc. off the table. The "waiter" took my sangria glass before I was done and when I told him so, he started to claim it was empty. It was not. However, he brought it back which satisfied me. Then another person brought me a half full glass and that was really a terrific demonstration of top notch service.

A nice escape, out with the girls, good food, reasonable prices, I would have given 5 stars but the foie gras we ordered never made it out of the kitchen. They comped our deserts without even telling us. The almond cake with coffee ice cream was lovely! The sparkling Sangria was really tasty. Overall a very enjoyable evening.

Excellent choice for small plates; very attentive service. If the restaurant is full, however, be prepared for a high noise level; the restaurant is decorated with a lot of ceramic tiles and glass, and the noise from the adjacent hotel lobby and casino adds to the din.

Had lunch here when we were in Las Vegas. We enjoy this place a lot so we try to make it a point to go there when we are in town. The food is usually very good but this time the kale salad was a little under seasoned, it only tasted like you were eating raw kale. Tried the Lobster pasta, wow fantastic along with the mussels. We had a really friendly and informative server, John Eric, who made dining here a real pleasure. The other staff members were attentive and friendly also.

This restaurant is in the lobby of the Aria hotel, so it is quite loud. The location and ambiance may not be great, but the food is delicious. We started with pan tomate with manchengo cheese and the serrano ham platter. They were both wonderful and we finished every bite. I had the lobster tail fideua. The lobster was cooking perfectly, the pasta tasted fresh, and the sauce was light and not too rich. The wine list is not very long, but they have some good Spanish choices. This is a great choice if you're hungry, but maybe not for a large entree portion. I will definitely come here again!

I entertained a senior group of executives who were all seasoned world travelers and serious foodies who cannot be baffled or bothered with poor restaurant choices. Once I scanned the menu, I felt safe enough to make a reservation. The young, hip service staff took it over the top! Our server, Eddie, made sure drinks never ran dry, and had definitive but not pushy suggestions for dishes we might have missed. The albondigas were crowd-pleasers, and for the two vegetarians, the Spanish Tortilla was amazing in both simple, elegant presentation as well as taste. I have tried tapas bars all over the globe, and short of ordering in Madrid, Julian Serrano ranks with other great global hotspots.

Food was very good and service was fast. No problem with reservation. The only complain is the price was higher than I expected and of course much higher than you would pay for the same food in Spain. But it is only one place in Vegas where you can taste real Spanish cuisine.

The wife and I shared the ribeye steak, steamed mussels, and calamari. Wife also tried the mushroom soup which was delicious. Tapas style dining of course, so don't expect large portions. Great wine selection. Knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service. Reasonably priced, would definitely check it out again.

Took a group of 15 here last night and was impressed at how good everything was. Every Tapas we tried as well as the three different paellas were excellent. A lot of traditional favorites as well as some great originals (the foie gras and apple combination was amazing). Both the sommelier and the waitstaff were very attentive and prompt and they also did a good job of informing everyone what they were serving when they did (we had ordered ahead for everyone). Something I would like to see done differently would be to have the food paced a bit better (dishes were coming out on top of each other) & wish I had a little more info on portion size as I had gotten the impression they were smaller than they actually were, so we ordered too much.

Fans of Spanish tapas will not be disappointed here. The food was first-rate and, especially for the Aria, at a reasonable price. And the service? I left my readers in the hotel room and before my husband had a chance to go upstairs and retrieve them, our waiter had presented me with a spare pair the restaurant had on hand! Order the tapas -- 2 or 3 is enough per person. I especially recommend the egg dishes, which were outstanding. As for the noise level, request a table at the back, away from the lobby and it'll be nice and quiet. Some of the best food I've had in Vegas. We shall return!

We're from Chicago and consider ourselves foodies. Julian Serrano is a must stop every time we come to Vegas. Their wine list is amazing and every staff member seems to be very knowledgeable about their wines. We recently had their cheese plate, scallops, dates, mushroom risotto. All were amazing. We definitely recommend.

When you walk up to the hostess stand where three hostesses are there to greet you, and you stand there for no less than 2 minutes before any of them even say welcome, and the woman behind the computer puts her hand up in your face when you try to start a conversation, you know you're going to have a phenomenal night. We showed up at 9pm for our 9pm reservation and when one of the hostesses FINALLY deigned to acknowledge us, she looked me up and down and said, it will be AT LEAST 30 minutes. The wait staff weren't much better. Moving empty plates around on the table instead of picking them up? Nobody asking how our meal was? Charming. The food did nothing to redeem the experience. Too much acid, too little salt. Just go to Jaleo.

We had a great lunch here with a variety of tapas, and paella. The food was very good. The service was very attentive. The setting was truly unique and fun. Definitely get the red sangria as well. The fish ball tapas plate is truly unique and yummy. Great place to take your time and explore a wide variety of excellent tapas. However, remember to save room for the paella which is absolutely excellent!!

Our party of five enjoyed the food and the restaurant itself and its surroundings are beautiful. As might be expected for a gourmet restaurant, the prices are quiet high. Tapas are featured and some of these are very small and you get very little food for their cost. The lunch specials, which are not available on weekends, are a better deal.

Our food, wine and service were wonderful. It's a little crowded. HORRIBLY noisy. Hard to find due to having to follow signs through the casino (typical of Vegas). This was my first trip to Vegas so I wasn't prepared for the noise and the huge size of the casinos.

I first ate here about 2 years ago and unfortunately I was not feeling very well and I couldn't taste the food. This time around it was so much better. The oxtail and octopus was excellent. The oxtail melts in your mouth. The octopus was soft and not chewy. It is very reasonably price for a restaurant at Aria. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in Vegas. BTW, it was so good that we actually came back for lunch prior to us leaving.

Started with the fried calamari and tuna carpaccio which were both excellent (the tuna was the highlight of the meal). Next was bravo potatoes and salmon both which were both well done. Finally, the steak tartar...very strange taste and didn't seem to work. Finally the chocolate lava cake which was outstanding. Overall, great food, I would just stay away from the steak tar tar.
