It got a great rating on Yelp so I made a reservation through Open Table in five minutes. Fast seating at our reservation time. Drinks were delicious! Waiter was eager to please me by asking chef to change up the halibut to serve Isreali cous cous with it and it was scrumptious! The place was 1st class and the food and drinks were off the charts! Don't even think of going anywhere else. Not only did we get a patio table, but it was right by the window and in the corner so it was a little more private. We also got an anniversary card signed by the owner and the chef, as well as a complimentary slice of cheesecake. Even though the menu was a little bit limited to the selection, the food that was on the menu had many different options for EVERYTHING! The view of the ocean is breath taking in the evening. The staff makes sure you are well taken care of. I had the excellent mussels with chorizo as an appetizer and my companions had salads. All 3 of us had seafood entrees which were uniformly delicious. Service was friendly and professional. Although we were seated inside and were initially disappointed to not be on the patio, we were right by a window. The day ended up being a bit chilly so we likely would have uncomfortable outside anyway. Everyone in our group of seven loved their dishes - Lobster BLT, Open-Faced Avocado Smash Sandwich, French Toast, Eggs Benedict, and Chicken and Biscuits with Gravy. It is one of our favorite restaurants in Pacific Beach. The food is always excellent and the service is most always good. You can go dressy or casual and feel right at home. Dinner for two: entrance, main courses and two beverages each = 130 dollars
