As well, Brittany, the restaurant manager, was very warm and welcoming, making sure to check that our dining experience was satisfactory.   • "My husband & I recently celebrated our 10th anniversary at Jove. We were impressed that both the Executive Chef and the Restaurant chef both stopped by to wish us a happy anniversary. My favorite drink was the Limoncello Drop cocktail, we found the food to be excellent quality and the presentation was exceptional. This is our third time to the restaurant and we continue to recommend it to family & friends. A 'must-see' in Palm Beach-the outside tables overlooking the pool and beach are beautiful!"

  • "Absolutely fantastic ambiance! I did not feel like I was at a typical 'hotel restaurant.' It felt very modern and chic and the food was incredible! The tagliatelle pasta was fabulous and the meringue dessert too! The foccacia bread is to die for! Michelle was our server and she's one of the most polite, knowledgeable, and attentive individuals I've seen. The bartender, Matthew, made me an incredible custom-made cocktail! All the staff left me in awe. The restaurant chef and manager stopped by our table, giving us a big welcome. We left the restaurant absolutely impressed and can't wait to return!"

  • "My husband and I enjoyed our meals on the beautiful outdoor patio. Excellent service by Maurizio--warm, friendly and helpful. I had the arugula salad and appetizer-sized short rib raviolo which was flavourful and perfectly prepared. My husband enjoyed his meal which I believe was the seafood dish. We shared the four-chocolate dessert which was amazing!"

  • "Not especially improved after renovation. Food is good but not extraordinary. Kitchen is slow and service drags if the restaurant is busy. Service is otherwise pleasant and professional. New windows make the dining room feel more closed in and darker than before, but the bar area is larger and more welcoming. Prices, as one would expect, are high."

  • "An truly unbelievable meal! Just got off of a rather fantastic cruise and we were about to cancel this reservation. We thought "why bother since we had so much great food on the cruise." We are SOOOO glad we did not cancel. An awesome experience with their four-course meal. Our 12-year-old son even got into the olive oil tasting plate! Jove' was both suitable for romantic meals, as well as family meals. Great kids' menu as well. The server and staff were very very good. Will always go when we are in town. We put their number in our phones! :)"

  • "If you crave authentic Italian cuisine with a modern twist this is the place to go. The menu offers so many options so whether you would like a casual dinner, a relaxed evening with friends or a special celebration Jové is the solution. The food is excellent with the pasta made fresh by the Chef. They have a unique olive tasting which is great as a share item with your table. Make sure you leave room for dessert - they are incredible - we had the affogato and the crema bruciata - the unique presentation of both is a wow - definitely not what you are expecting when you order!"

  • "Not going to recommend this restaurant to friends. For the cost not sure it's worth it. Yes food was good and different. When ordering a cab there are NONE under $17 which is obsurd. If your goal is to keep riff raft out you've done it. We make very good money but felt it just wasn't worth it. Nobody was dining there on a Friday night, at least inside. Better places on island you can spend same amour and feel like it was worth your experience. Service was VERY slow getting out drinks. Our waiter new the menu inside out and was excellent!"

  • "This restaurant charges $14.40 for bread (including tip). But it's not the price that bothers me. It's the fact that the food is so ordinary. For example, the seared yellowtail snapper was OK, but it was served on a skimpy bed of beans and vegetables - nothing like the scrumptious bed of pureed lentils that you might receive at a truly fine restaurant. Some have complained that the portions are small. We didn't find the portions small, but simply misproportioned. They should be more generous with the sauces. Unlike any other restaurant they required a $35.00 nonrefundable deposit to guarantee a reservation on Valentine's day - even for guests at the Four Seasons."

  • "Excellent food quality and great menu items, but seriously lacking in portion size. A normal person would need at least two entrees to feel full. Also, I've never heard of a restaurant charging money for bread (not to mention charging a whopping $12), and you'd think that the $12 would get you a heaping helping of never-ending breads and olive oils, but it only gets you one forearm-sized loaf that barely feeds two people. Great wine list except they have very few bottle options for under $50, which I personally find a bit obnoxious but I guess if you've set up shop inside the Four Seasons, you're betting on the fact that the clientele generally won't care about that and can afford it."

  • "Great atmosphere, love the modern décor.. To bar lounge area, to the main dinning room. The food is outstanding, from they imported cheeses board to jové salami. Jové pasta selection are even more impressive; homemade pasta, breads, even their own twist to the classic dessert, like the crèma bruciatta. That's Jové signature crèma brûlée. To they extensive (Italian) wine selections; jové signature classic cocktails. Both food & service are outstanding. I had the Bronzino served w/ the skin on & seared topped with chef selection miniature vegs. From the cocktails, chef garden selection, pastas, fish, and meat course. Jové can hold its own among top restaurants in the area. The menu well put together, I highly recommend The Jové experience!!!"

  • "Upgrade from the previous restaurant/concept, so a definite plus for the Four Seasons. Decor is very contemporary, inviting. The restaurant is split into the bar area, lounge and dining area, as well as an outdoor area. The lower tables/comfy chairs in the lounge are conducive for small groups who really want to take their time enjoying the atmosphere, conversation and meals. The outdoor dining area is very nice as well. Speaking of drinks, the menu is extensive and creative, many options. Delicious options on the pasta side, highly recommend the gnocchi. Enjoyed our main entrees of chicken and the short ribs. Service was outstanding; paid attention to details."

  • "Jove is fairly new Italian resteraunt at 4 seasons , beautiful, spacious , comfortable with excellent interior and outside decor . The pizza and salami apps were delicious , gnocchi and risotto were superb , as well as our fish entrees . The waiter was kind enough to tell us portions are small , pastas are meant as appetizer size, I doubled up order for my entree , The fish entree is also small , the prices are not . The major problem was a 30 minute wait for coffee and dessert after ordering .. No one came over to us at all , and the room was far from packed . The waiter and assist general mgr could not have been any nicer and explained the issue after we voiced our displeasure and they agreed .. We will give them another try ."
