There was a mix up in reservations. I was displeased with how reservation was handled. Unbearably hot. Once the kinks are worked out this will be a lovely spot to dine out and enjoy mature entertainment. I would suggest putting small lamps on the tables as it was difficult to read the menus in the lighting. All in all the experience was enjoyable. There was a live band. The sound was just right.

I thought overall the restaurant is ok. The food is a bit pricey for what is given. The drinks were served in water glasses, they ran out of menus. After two of my guests sent their drinks back twice, the female bartender came out and was very rude and hostile. The jazz trio was a very nice touch ans played good music. With some time it may become a good place. I don't think I will be returning.

This was one of the worst restaurants I have been to. As a meeting planner I rely on Open Table with their great suggestions. Their website did not match the restaurant. Over half of my attendees food was cold. This restaurant is closed on Monday's. I have no idea why Open Table accepted my reservation for a restaurant is closed. They ended up opening for us which in the end I wish they just told me they couldn't accommodate my group.

When we arrived the restaurant was closed. There was no indication of this on Open Table when I booked the reservation. We were going for a birthday celebration. Very disappointing.

If you don't know where this is, your GPS definitely will not lead you there. I went here for my birthday dinner. We were the only people in the restaurant other than a couple of other parties. The food was great. It took a while but we did have a party of 14 people. Only thing is, they need to invest in some better chairs because one of the chairs broke at our table. Luckily he & his baby were not injured.

My husband and two close friends enjoyed the food. My friends crab cakes were good, but a little cold in the center. My husband had salmon and he said it was great. I had fried chicken and it was cooked the way I fry chicken. The cabbage could have been cooked a little more and less spicy, but it was tasty. The service was excellent. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive to us. We did not meet the owner, but we met her father and he was very polite. We are planning to take some of our other close friends to dine there.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. The owners even took the time to come out to greet us and check on our dining experience. The service was a bit slow, but pleasant. The food made up for it. We all took food home. I believe it will get better and better and truly a gem and great addition to the area.

My family and I went for Mother's Day and what a mistake. We has reservations and still waited by the bar for 15 minutes without acknowledgement. While waiting, we overheard that they ran out of items, when finally greeted by someone seated at a table, we realized that the employees were serving themselves as guests....completely unprofessional. Once seated, I asked my husband to ask someone who was leaving about the service and food and the guest whispered to my husband...."run and get out now" and that is what we did.

I enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. I will say the search puts this place in National Harbor...it's not. It's on Indian Head Hwy...in Ft. Washington. It's also located along side a service road. Not the best exposure location. The maitre' d shared this location has been open since August 2013. I was there until @ 6P on a Friday and traffic was very light? Since this was my first visit, I tried the fried chicken. Whoa, talk about awesome portions! The appetizer, was a twist on the stereotypic spinach dip, was collard green dip...it was decent. The sides of fully-loaded, baked potato and collard greens were also decent. Seafood night is Friday and they have a beautiful piano in the middle of the dining area.

Joplin 360 is definitely on it's way to something special! It's a beautiful quaint restaurant that has an eclectic menu and great service! Specializing in upscale soul food, it tasted just like it came from grandma's kitchen! The wait staff were so personable and made a connection with our group! It was a great place to celebrate our mom's birthday! The music was also an added bonus, they played a special song just for our mom! It's a great place to dine! Highly recommend and it's really close to the national harbor without all of the traffic and wait times!

I was impressed with the design of the restaurant, there was even a live pianist. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had bacon wrapped asparagus which was served luke warm, and was limp from being overcooked. For the entree I ordered Cornish hen with rice and broccoli. The chicken was barely seasoned and very dry, broccoli was bland, the rice was clearly from the box. My date's steak was not cooked evenly,we told the manager, but he simply told the cook about it and left. Dessert it was a slice of cheesecake, which was okay except it was served with strawberries that weren't even hulled, which made it work to eat with the cheesecake. For for $85 a couple ,it simply was not worth it.
