We especially appreciated the hostess accommodating our request to sit upstairs (the jazz band was a bit too loud downstairs). The choice of taped music was fantastic! With a name like Jo Jo's I didn't expect such a nice quiet evening with the most delicious steak dinner I've had in a while (I don't eat red meat often). It an old town home that was tastefully made into a restaurant. The space is a little tight, but you still manager to feel like you're the only table. The service is very relaxed so if you're looking for a quick in-and-out this isn't the right place for you. This is one of those restaurants you go to dine, not eat. This place was recommended to me by a friend. The funny thing is I went with my mother who was visiting (it gave us some good time to catch up), but I thought to myself that this is somewhere I want to bring my special someone :).
