"We will not be back - food quality has gone down while prices have gone up - never a good combination. This used to be a decent option if we were in the neighborhood, but at these prices there are now dozens of better choices."

"very nice location; appreciated the fact that noise level is such that it is actually possible to have a conversation. Attentive wait staff that knows not to hover but still respected our need to make our theater-start time"

"The whole dining experience was excellent! The food is great, the restaurant is beautiful, and the location is wonderful. John, the owner, came over to our table and said hello and welcomed us. The entire lunch was the best!!"

"I shared a filet and the John's steak with a friend. The filet wwas good, but the John's steak was awful. It was recommended bu our server, so we tried it. It was extremely tough and well undercooked. I could barely get the heavy duty knife through the meat. The other 2 seafood dishes were good. It's unfortunate that 1 bad entree ruined our experience."

"This was our second time at the restaurant. I had the rib-eye & baked potato. Both were large & the steak tasted sooo good. I had it medium & came perfectly done. Charbroiled, Umm! My wife had Prawns, cooked in a white sauce & she used the sourdough bread to clean her plate. I think that she loved her dish!"
