Both of us have dined in Las Vegas as some of the nicer places on the strip and in the nice hotels. I found this place on the open table review. I checked it out and seemed resonable then some of the others. This is like finding a $100 on the ground. This place is excellent. I would recommend this over some of the places in Exquisite hotels on the strip. A diamond in the rough. I searched all on the Vegas websites and only open table was the website that recommended this resturant. I was so impressed. Our waiter was so nice and helpful since none of us had been there before. She bought us desert out of her pocket. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday. Our online reservation was very easy to make and our table was ready when we arrived. Each dinner was cooked to perfection and the portions were huge. The ambiance was very upscale with all the servers wearing suits. I had a grilled lobster tail which in 9 out of 10 other restaurants wood have been dry, where as at joe's the meat was moist and flavorful without any butter! now that's the trick moist and flavorful without butter!

One note to make to "Open Table" customer service department or even users should know...
If you make a reservation at Joe's in the Dining room...They NEVER take you on time.
The Maitre'd or the gentleman who is in charge of seating stands behind a high podium of wood with a head set and has an "attitude" and could not care less if you had a reservation and have to wait 15 minutes. He told us " there are 3 parties ahead of you" Why? I was on time with a reservation. Every year this man does this. We were celebrating my husband's 50th birthday. We visit different steak restaurants back home in Chicago about 3 or 4 times a year so we understand the difference between a great steak and an average one so I wanted this to be just right. My husband does not care for his steak to be too decorated with sauces or vegis, but rather to stand on it's own with just some great seasoning or marinade; so I studied the menus of nearby steakhouses carefully. He ordered the petite filet mignon, medium-rare + and it was PERFECT! There were 7 of us & 5 ordered steak and all raved about how good it was - so favorful! Apps, sides (mac-n-cheese) all good too!
