  • "Simply the best place to dine in Vegas. Be warned it is pricey."

  • "As it was our honeymoon we decided to take on the 16 course tasting menu. It took around 3 hours to eat in all but was simply one of the best culinary experiences we have ever had. Caviar tasted great and the service was first class. If you are in Vegas I suggest you drop by for a visit."

  • "I called in the reservation (sorry open table) as I wanted a special location at Le Atteliere. I added one to the party last minute and the confirmation came from open table. What I didn't see was we were now I the Joel Robuchon side of the two eateries. Although the change provided an unbelievable meal from the start the finish and left no question of the talent and creativity of the chef there was a considerable price to pay. But honestly it was one of the, if not the, best mistake reservations ever. The suckling pig was out of this world as were the lobster ravioli. Many small plates made this a fantastic four hour culinary delight. From the first bite to the last fantastic!!!"

  • "This was a poor experience. We had eaten at the Ledbury (London) a fortnight earlier where the ambiance, service and food were much much better. We have eaten in great restaurants around the world. This is pretentious and just not that good. The famed mashed potato is just slimy. The mignardises were excellent."

  • "Food and service befitting its 3 Michelin stars. Very very expensive."

  • "As someone who has "fine dine-d" all over the world. I am not easily impressed. Joel R was one of my top 5 dining experiences ever! We had the 16 course meal with the Grand Cru wine pairing. The food was impeccable, the wine stunning, and the service beyond reproach. It is a pricey proposition, but in my view worth it. The meal was $500 a person and the wine $1000 per person. There are lesser course options but a couple is not, even without drinking, getting out of there for less than $300. Regardless, it is a bucket list restaurant and I would HIGHLY recommend it for anyone who is passionate about food and/or wine. Joel R is a genius!"

  • "My husband and I went for our wedding anniversary while visiting Las Vegas for the first time and we fell in love with this place. Everything was exceptional, the food, the service, the ambiance. Of course this comes with a price tag, but we found it worth our experience that will last a lifetime."

  • "Surreal is how my date described it. I took her there for her birthday and she loved it. Get ready to spend. If you are on a budget cross this off the list. Otherwise, move it to the top of that list and go. Looking forward to going back again soon."

  • "We had ordered the 2course menu for 169$ with amuse bouche, starter, main course and selection of sweets. It was delicious. But when we came back in our room we recognized that we have payed the main course additionally. We didnt understand why the main course had to be paid in addition to the menu price. If you want to send us en email back we can send you a photo from the bill and it would be nice if you can tell me if this is wright that way. Best regards Piero 2 st. geron 20,00 @ 10,00 2 menu a $ 169 388,00 @ 169,00 1 t ravioli 35,00 ????? 1 t poulet 40,00 ????? 1 cloudy 10 65,00 1 t sabayon 20,00 1 t sphere 20,00 2 espresso 10,00"

  • "We went to celebrate my birthday. Kit ,our waiter, helped us select the best dishes. The caviar and salmon appetizer was the best. I had the sea bass as a main course and it was savory. William helped us to select the perfect wine to go with our meal. The whole staff went out of their way to make my birthday special. It really was a good experience. The bread cart had so many beads to choose from. The candy cart was the best. Always save room for dessert! I had the orange sorbet which was in a sugar ball. It was so good. This is such an amazing experience which should not be missed."

  • "As expected this was a wonderful experience. I would caution future eaters that the serving sizes are quite small so that getting 3 course meal is not too much food."

  • "This will be the single greatest food experience of your life. It is art on your plate served with impeccable care and attention. (OK, it will also be the most expensive. But I promise it is worth every penny.)"

  • "Although the food was beautifully plated and tasted top notch, there are lower rated restaurants with as good or better food for much less in overall price. I enjoyed my dinner and appreciate the experience, but the money we had to spend to pay for it would have been used more efficiently in other areas, such as gambling a bit more or taking in another show or two or three for this price!!"

  • "15-year anniversary bucket list dinner. At best the food was ok, but 2 dishes in particular were just plain bad. The ravioli dish arrived tepid and tasted rubbery. The veal chop so tough that we struggled to cut it. About halfway through dinner a guy in a t-shirt and jeans(formal dress is REQUIRED) is seated right beside us with a call girl. They proceed to begin making out while he feels her up. The staff does nothing and we are subjected to this show that is literally 5 feet away from us. Before you discount this thinking hey this is Vegas, remember this is a 3 Michelin star restaurant and is revered as one of the top restaurants in the world. So normal for Vegas, but it shouldn’t have happened here."

  • "You don't get three Michelin stars for no reason. This place is amazing. We did the 16 course tasting menu with wine pairing. It was worth every penny. The service and the food are amazing. The cheese cart, the bread cart and the dessert carts are unbelieveable. Bring a credit card with a high limit, and allow for a good 3 1/2 hours for the 16 course meal. Everyone should eat here at least once in their life for a special occasion."

  • "The reputation of Robuchon lives on with amazing presentation, incredible personal service and wonderful food. Reserve your free limo 24 hrs in advance. Bread cart alone was excellent and our server kept giving us both bread and dessert from the tray. We did the fixed price with appetizer and entree, had wine and coffee. Bread and dessert comes with all fixed price menus, spent a bit over two hours admiring our good and environment and cost was $750 for the 3 of us. Well worth the cost given the experience and we do this so rarely."

  • "Whilst the food could not be faulted, the service left a lot to be desired. We had to wait until we had nearly finished our first course to order our wine. The sommelier was more interested in talking to the guests that arrived after us than taking our order. Very disappointing."

  • "Extremely expensive. $450 for two, without drinks. Given there was lots of bread choices, an amuse, and lots of dessert choices. We ordered from a 2-course prix fixe. The food was good, not mind-blowing. Service was excellent and the place is an outstanding choice for a special occasion. But for that money, you can have a degustation elsewhere and sample many more of another chef's dishes."
    Dined on 2/9/2014
  • "My husband and I went knowing it was going to be expensive. We had the sixteen course degustation menu and it was wonderful. I was already full by the seventh course. My best advice is if you can afford to spend the money on a dinner, then its a wonderful experience. If you have to pinch together pennies then its not worth it. The service was outstanding. I hope this helps."

  • "What a great restaurant. Service was impeccable. Front of the house knew all the food items, which could be difficult considering all the items on the bread and mignardises cart. They were attentive but not annoying the tables. The food was delicious. Flavor combinations executed well and presentation very classic. Love the decoration in the room. Classic, but Vegas all at the same time."

  • "We absolutely loved everything about this restaurant! So classy and romantic<3. They really pay attention to details, and the staff was wonderful! The beet gazpacho with fresh mozzarella and coriander flowers was exquisite. The whole experience was so eye opening. Just an amazing night. We will definitely return the next time we are in LV."

  • "Food at Joel Robuchon is very good, but not great Don't be fooled by the Michelin stars like I was. Only go if you prefer fame over food. It's old-fashioned and there are better, cheaper places in Vegas. Service: The hostess went from aloof to sycophantic, after seeing the nice label in my husband's coat. It's very offensive to be judged that way. Pierre Gagnaire (another 3 star) in Paris was far less snobby! Food: I had the langoustines, It was 90s french-asian fusion. Tasty but uninspired. Served with potato puree? It may have been innovative, before everyone had a high speed blender at home. They brag about it as they serve it! Honestly it's almost funny. Pros: Desserts were stunning. Incredible presentation and great ambiance."

  • "I had the 6 course and chose the caviar and scallop appetizers. The caviar dish was too salty. The scallop dish had too much radish that I didn't taste any scallop. For the main dishes, I had the lobster and sea bass. They tasted better than the appetizers. The sea bass was smooth and soft but the lobster was hard. Personally, I like it better if the seafood is undercooked. I had the famous Sphere for the dessert. It was pretty good. Their bread and sweets carts are very impressive. We paid $1000 for two people including tip and I believe the food absolutely doesn't deserve the price. I liked dining at Baume in Palo Alto much better. I would not want to go back and dine again. The ambience and the service is fantastic though."

  • "Brought My Niece here Friday night 08 Nov, 13 right when the restaurant opened. The entrance from the mansion area to the restaurant was incredibly dramatic. My niece had no idea I was taking her here and she was in total awe. Everything from the beets which I normally hate but ate this to the mouthwatering candy trolley was incredible. My niece had the 250 dollar prixe fixe and I had the 198 one. Her only problem was that she could not cut her veal dish so well. Took a bit of work but then again the knives we were given had no cutting ridges. It turned out quite good. In the end I have no other fine dining restaurant I could compare this with. I've been to Picasso in vegas and Bull and Bear in Orlando among others and this on top"

  • "The finest food I have ever eaten. Service is first class. Very expensive, but worth every penny. This is not an experience I can do often but it is must at least once. Our daughter and there husband are foodies, so we are taking them there for an extra special experience."

  • "We ate here for my wife's 50th birthday. From the limo pickup, to the fantastic menu choice, food presentation, very helpful and approachable sommelier, to the special birthday cake and this was a truly memorable experience. For that special occasion in a wonderful setting we would recommend this restaurant!"

  • "It was profound. I'm a recent graduate from culinary college and have never had the chance to enjoy fine dining at its best. Canada has no Michelin stars yet and I am only 23 years old. I was extremely excited for this. At times I can be a fussy eater but every single bite of food was simply exquisite. The ambiance and decor are divine and plush. The tables are few and the rooms are intimate. You can hear your neighbours on either side of you but it was nothing but pleasant. You are sitting at a table for a few hours, why not share the experience with some wonderful conversation? Each table has a purse stool! The maitre d', servers, runners and hostess were all extremely friendly and helpful. I felt luxurious in every sense, so pampered!"

  • "Everything was amazing. Highlights: Light green pea velouté with ricotta ravioli and extra virgin olive oil; Caramelized plume of Iberico pork, creamy polenta and golden Belgian endives; and the mini deserts. Everything was spot on - even the beet gazpacho L’Amuse-bouche, and I don't like beets. They were very accommodating with my allergies, and the sommelier picked perfect wines to go with each of my courses - top notch service!"

  • "I went to 5 of the top Vegas Restaurants and this is by far the best one. Dinning is a great and enjoyable experience, so much you will want to go back. Other restaurants this good in food tend to be overpretentious, but not this one, which makes the ambience and service specially good. The food was excelent, I recommend getting the Menu variants, if you are hungry go for the 2 appetizer and 2 main course menu, as the portions are smaller than what most American restaurants serve. Still the portions are big enough to have any regular person satisfied. The wine list is huge, their sommelier told us they had over 1,900 different bottles! Their prices were also varied. This is a must if you truly enjoy fine dinning."

  • "The food was as expected superb as was the service and ambiance. I had the 16 course menu and my wife 6 courses. It was a lot of food. It is now two days after the meal and some of the dishes still come to mind. After finishing super, I had thought that, well that was it, I have now experienced a really great meal and don't need to go back. I was ready to return the next day. The price is about twice what we pay at an excellent restaurant in NYC but the preparation was more complex and required more attention to appreciate. We left feeling that we had had very good value for the price."

  • "The 15 course meal and a wine pairing will set you back $800 to $1500 PER PERSON. You could get away with spending less, of course (order just two items from a la carte and just one well chosen glass of wine for ~ $250 per person). But when coming to such a great place, why not spurge and get the full experience? This restaurant can safely be placed in the top 5 restaurants in the world, not just from the level of service (very nearly perfect without being stuffy), but from the ingenuity of ingredient pairings and the technical flawlessness of the cooking execution. Each dish here is perfection and oftentimes a revelation of gourmet creativity. I would gladly eat here 4 times a year and consider it money well spent."

  • "This is an outstanding dining experience. We enjoyed the Menu A with two appetizers, two main courses, and dessert. With the bread cart, cheese cart, pastry cart selections, and amuse bouche in addition we were well satisfied. The staff is very attentive and the smaller rooms feel intimate for a very romantic evening. We decided to travel to Las Vegas just to dine here and we were not disappointed."

  • "This restaurant is expensive but it does not disappoint. The service is impeccable. The food is creative and tasty. The atmosphere is decadent. We especially enjoyed the amazing selection of the bread cart as well as the petit fours at the end, all made in house, beautifully presented and something for every taste. Especially outstanding was the appetizer Le Caviar, and the beet gazpatcho amuse bouche. Also very wonderful is the chance to tour the kitchen at the end of the meal and met the executive chef! Enjoy!"
