  • "They are going to feed you! The challenge is to save room for desert. I have tried twice. Didn't make either time. Next time I'll have to take some to go."

  • "We are locals, ad tis was our first visit. Service was great, thanks to Todd. We were celebrating our anniversary, and were given a nice quiet booth. The food was amazing!! Portion sizes are definitely shareable!! WE will definitely be back!!"

  • "We were very disappointed. Reservation at 7pm. They open at 5pm. The special was Prime Rib which my wife ordered. They only had well done which is a joke after only 2 hours. Also I know its Vegas but $11 for a gin on the rocks is extreme. I highlg recommend you consider Hugo's Or Binions Steak House instead"

  • "What a fantastic gem in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas! The food selection was wonderful and the wine list was even better. To start, we ordered the Meat Ball - which was absolutely delicious and so big we couldn't finish it! We also ate one of the best Rib Eye Steaks I have ever tasted. I will be back to this restaurant as soon as I am back in Las Vegas!"

  • "Had a great dinner with a group of 10 for a special birthday event. The service is above and beyond fantastic. Best anywhere. Super attentive, knowledgeable, friendly. Ambiance perfect. No wait nor issues with our reservation (for 10 at 8pm on a Saturday). The only downsides were two: a couple of our steaks had to be sent back for being over-cooked. One filet ordered medium had no pink whatsoever in it. That's sad, for such a high-end steakhouse and expensive ($50+) entree! Also, I ordered a special filet which came with a side of truffles & gnocchi. I love salty food, but the gnocchi was so over-salted, I couldn't eat more than a few bites. Very depressing, since the flavor was so good otherwise. Fixing this earns a 5th star!"

  • "You will not be unhappy here. It is off the strip downtown, prices are extremely good and the steak, we had the 32oz house special, and darn if it was not as good as Mortons. Also ordered a bottle of 2009 Amarone which was yummy and priced at $75.00."

  • "First I want to say that the service received from Miguel was absolutely outstanding. The meal the food the table side Caesar salad, the wine the atmosphere in the execution of the meal was one of the best I've ever experienced. I will absolutely be back for the experience and great steak...This place is a must in downtown las vegas."

  • "Wonderful meal, excellent service, really enjoyed this restaurant. Went as a party of 4 for a birthday, staff was top notch and the food was extraordinary! Would definitely go back again, without question!"

  • "My husband had been given a generous giftcard for this restaurant, and we took my parents out for a nice meal. Nice doesn't even begin to describe it! The tableside hand-made caesar salad was to die for. Our waiter was wonderful - attentive but not hovering. The entrees were expertly made, and all of our requests were seen to with care. I would not hesitate in recommending this restaurant to others. Fantastic job, Andiamo!"

  • "We were seated right away. John, our server was outstanding! It was particularly enjoyable watching him create the Caesar salad tableside. The food was outstanding! Our only disappointment was that it took just under an hour for our main course to come out; a little long."

  • "Located in the D Hotel, don't be discouraged when you walk through the lobby. The meal was excellent and our waiter Miguel was the highlight. I had the veal chop that was cooked to perfection. All the entrees were delicious and the presentation was first class. The Caesar salad was made table side - another highlight of the evening."

  • "We decided to try to find a quality steak house in Las Vegas that wasn't a chain similar to Ruth's Chris or Morton's. We did some research and found this restaurant in the Fremont Street area, which we like to visit while in LV. We had one of the best dining experiences that the 4 of us have ever had. The service was fantastic, our waiter Todd was the best. The food - we all had steaks, a filet, a New York and their Tomahawk rib eye for 2. The filet was great, the New York was better than the filet and the Tomahawk was the best. We all agreed that this was the best overall dining experience that we have had that any of us can remember. Highly recommended and highlu recommend the Tomahawk rib eye. The coconut cake was incredible too."

  • "The service staff are very good, but the kitchen could do better. My steak was served rare but I had requested medium rare. My spouse's ordered fish which was fishy (old) on a bed of very rich pasta. She suffered late in the night, I didn't. So, I would not go again."

  • "Overall I felt the restaurant was over-priced for what was received. They have priced themselves with places like Prime @ Bellagio and SW @ the Wynn ... and sad to say they don't reach their food quality. The bone in rib-eye was OK ... however the rack of lamb was ordered Medium Rare...delivered Seared Rare...sent back...and it was delivered the second time Medium...certainly no red meat to be found. • "My wife & i had an early Valentine's Day dinner here on 2-1. We were seated promptly & given menus, which our waiter, John went over thouroughly. Then he went thru the specials, again not missing an item. We ordered dinner, my wife had the roasted chicken w, truffle mashed potatoes. I ordered the gnocchi with a side dish of their popular meatball. Let me tell you, the meatball came out the size of a softball with a topping of ricotta. Now, I've been around 56 years & this was one of the best meatballs I'ver ever had. I was told to get it by a friend, & if I knew how good it was I would have ordered 2 of them. Next time, it's a meatball & then dessert. John was a FANTASTIC waiter. He always checked on us, but wasn't overbearing at all."

  • "it was just ok, the steaks were not high quality and someone in the kitchen has a heavy hand with salt. Would not recommend based on this one visit, maybe a bad night."

  • "Excellent choice to dine here.....with only one night in Vegas for a business trip and the many dining options available you will not be disappointed!. Wait Staff, food, service all above our expectations. Great find in an out of the way location in downtown Vegas."

  • "I'd read some positive reviews for Andiamo's but I wasn't ready for how terrific this restaurant actually is. It was packed on a Thursday night and I had to wait 30 minutes passed my reservation time for a table but it turned out to be worth it. Service was very professional. Upscale ambiance without being stuffy. Very comfortable atmosphere. I had swordfish and a side of spinach that was absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor. The only criticism was a complimentary pasta course they brought; overlooked with a bland tomato sauce. Everything else was first rate."

  • "The bone-in ribeye was incredible all by itself, but the sauce they served on the side was out of this world. I truly enjoyed watching our caeser salad be made tableside and it was delicious. I have no complaints and will go here again the next time I am in Vegas. It has old-school charm with a romantic vibe."

  • "Stop here before or after hitting Fremont Street. Very quiet and private if you aren't sitting next to a large party as we were. Excellent service. Plenty of choices even if you are not an Italian food fan. The guys had absolutely superb steaks"

  • "We ate here twice in the past week. Our server was Miguel both times and he was very attentive, even though he was waiting on a large group also. Our food was very good. I highly recommend the andiamo great meatball, caprese salad and the delicious coconut cake ( which they had run out of on our second visit, we didn't go until 9:30 pm.) My husband had the spaghetti and meatballs which wasn't on the menu, but they fixed it for him anyway. It will become a regular, when we go to Las Vegas ."

  • "This restaurant is better than any on the strip. We never come DT but read a review for this restaurant and decided to get it a try. So glad we did. Tip order a steak to split and order a couple pastas to split( they do 1/2 orders). Simply a great dining experience. Only draw back is that it's a $25.00 can ride from strip but you make that up in value plus quality. Please put one on the strip and you will stay sold out. Thanks for a great evening."

  • "I grew up with Joe Vicari's restaurants in Michigan. When we moved back to Las Vegas, we couldn't wait to start going to Andiamos at The D. Now after what can only be called an outstanding evening, we are hooked again. Starting at the bar, we enjoyed great service and she made a perfect drink that my wife had requested. The food was unforgettable, and Miguel, our server was top notch. All steps of service were hit and we really got to know Miguel as well."

  • "This was a singular dining experience. It is a pricey restaurant but well worth it if you are looking for a superior dining experience. The food and service were both excellent. The appetizers suggested by our waiter were spot on. My steak was prepared perfectly. I will most certainly be back."

  • "Ioan was our waiter and he was wonderful. He was attentive and had a good sense of humor. I enjoyed the table side preparation of the Caesar's Salad. The Surf and Turf was wonderful especially with the zip sauce and lemon butter. It cones with a 6 oz filet but you can request a larger cut."

  • "Nice variety of choices for fixed price show dinner. Food was excellent; serving portions perfect for us.Steak done exactly as requested; delicious flavor. Desserts came decorated with Happy Birthday; (we were celebrating our birthdays). Show was also good, though not related to the restaurant."

  • "This restaurant never disappoints. Everything on the menu is great. We have been to loads of "high end" restaurants in Vegas, but nothing compares to Andiamo's. The menu has something for everyone. Was just there for kids' 8th birthday and was fabulous! Wait staff is extremely attentive and helpful. I always recommend this place to everyone. It's a real gem."

  • "Four of us went for dinner. Two had pasta and two had steaks. Everything was wonderful. My friend said his Wedge salad was the best he ever had. My Caesar salad was prepared tableside and tasted delicious even if it was a little heavy on the garlic. My streak was among the best I've ever had, crisp and charred on the outside, pink and juicy in the middle. All in all, a great experience even if you have to go through a very tacky casino to get to the restaurant. I'll definitely return."

  • "My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner at Andiamo. After walking through a very seedy casino, we were pleased to find this nicely appointed restaurant. The service was attentive, but not over the top. My husband had calamari and frutti de mari for his main course. I had the cabrese salad and the swordfish. The cabrese was the best we have ever had. The food was well prepared, served promptly. The tapande with the bread was fabulous also. The wine list by glass was not eventful, but we managed to find something we liked. We would certainly entertain going back there again."

  • "From the start, this was just an 'off' experience. The waiter, although very sweet, was inexperienced and uninformative. It took 20 mins to get the bottle of wine we ordered, apparently due to a key for the wine case being with someone unavailable. Meanwhile, the vodka tonic my husband ordered didn't show up for 15 minutes. That was the first we had seen our waiter since we ordered the wine/drinks, and at that point he explained the delay. I thought this was way too long to leave us sitting and waiting for drinks. One of the diners at our table asked about having blue cheese on her steak, and the waiter was confused. He knew very little about the menu items. The food was fine, nothing special - EXCEPT the Lobster Bisque, which was fabulous!"
