Diner Reviews
  • "Our group of three enjoyed a fabulous Easter Sunday lunch here, away from the brunch crowds. The food was fresh, colorful and absolutely delicious. Service was perfect--welcoming, but not overwhelming. We enjoyed the grilled artichoke as an appetizer--what a treat! My husband enjoyed the Jalapeno Tuna Tataki; I had Thai Basil with chicken and our guest had another chicken selection with fried rice that she also enjoyed very much. Very nice experience. We will be back! "

  • "Our server, Anthony, was very helpful and understood that we wanted to sample several "small" plate items rather than a whole meal. He was very attentive to when we were ready to order the next course. The food arrived promptly and was very good. Drunken Ahi sashimi was our top choice for the night."

  • "I decided to take my boyfriend to Jing, before heading over to the Landmark for a 9:00pm movie. We ordered a sushi roll, lobster mac and cheese, and fish and chips. These three apps were plenty for us, and all delicious! We also tried a drink with a Buddah Ball in it, which was a fun experience, and something I have been telling all of my friend about since. We are eager to go back and try some of Jing's entree's...the next time we are looking for a nice dinner pre-movie this will be our #1 choice!"

  • "Been many times. Usually a solid experience. Service was marginal. Very nice wait person, but food order wrong and rice made it out 10 minutes after the entre'. We were embarrassed in front of our guests since we raved about taking them there. Probably won't be back."

  • "Very impressive decor and ambience. Food was good and servers were knowledgeable. It was busy but the service didnt miss a beat. This was my first time at Jing and it turned out to be a good choice to impress friends. Creative menu and tasty variety."

  • "My family just loves Jing! The atmosphere and decor is both comfortable and beautiful, and the food is terrific. We are vegetarian and our daughter has to be gluten free, and not only do they (happily) accommodate that, but the dishes are wonderful. The strawberry and tofu salad was amazing! They also have a wide variety of upscale meat dishes, sushi, and more traditional Asian dishes. Great place!"

  • "Jing has an eclectic and interesting menu from sushi to Chinese to fusion. Always something interesting to try. Also the vibe there is cool - the bar is dark and sexy; the dining room is bright and stylish. Great place in DTC."

  • "We dined with friends and agreed to allow the waiter to select all of our plates. We had items from the appetizer and entree menu and were never disappointed with our waiters choice. We shared each plate family style allowing each of us to have the very unique experience of tasting over half a dozen plates in one sitting. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. We literally had one of the best meals out that we have ever experienced. I would do it again every weekend if I could. It just goes to prove that everything on the menu is better than the plate before."

  • "Really had no expectations going into this restaurant and was very impressed. The food, service and atmosphere were top notch. I would highly recommend. For the geeky kind, the bathrooms are worth a visit to see the frosted glass."

  • "I have eaten here before and always enjoyed it, but this evening everything tasted especially good. First of all it was Restaurant Week, and it was really busy. The dining room was packed, but it did not feel loud. Our waiter was attentive. The entree's were delicious, but I forgot how fabulous their salads and appetizers were! I will definitely make this a before movie, after movie destination for their Kale and Salmon salad or a small decadent dish of the lobster mac and cheese or Rock shrimp tempura and glass of wine .....I think I will be back very soon!"

  • "The food was great and there was plenty of it. Even though the server was very busy (restaurant week), he still was quite attentive. I would definitely recommend it -- the upscale Asian food and ambience are both exceptional."

  • "I go to 5280 restaurant week every year and always make a reservation far in advance. When we arrived at Jing 5 minutes early, they told us it would be 5-10 minutes before a table would be ready. You could look in the dining room and see that it was only half full. Meaning numerous open tables that were clean and set. 20 minutes later they still had not seated my party, and the tables were all still empty. We ended up sitting in the very dark bar and had mediocre service. I was not impressed."

  • "Great ambiance, very swanky place. Food was plenty flavorful, not as creative as I hoped. Cocktails were very good but not priced quite high."

  • "We always enjoy dining at Jing. Although, I was a little disappointed in the choices for dinners on the Denver Restaurant Week Menu, our food was delicious. Our Server, Bryce, was very attentive and enjoyable. It seemed to me there were too many tables added to accomodate Restaurant Week. None the less, we will be returning for sure. Thank you for a very pleasurable dining experience."

  • "I went during restaurant week so it was very busy when I got there. They told me they were behind about 10 minutes but it was more like 30. 15 minutes past and in the bar there were a couple open tables there that we're first come first serve but since I thought my turn was up soon I just waited and had a drink. After we got sat everything was awesome. The food was quick and everything tasted good. I also had a $20 dollar open table cheque which they honored on top up the restaurant week special but we had 6 cocktails which ran our bill over 100."

  • "We made a reservation for the happy hour in the lounge. We were told on the phone that it can be done. When we came in there were no spots available for the happy hour. Restaurant honored their promises and sat us in the main room and allowed one round of happy hour prices on our drinks."

  • "We celebrated my Daughter's birthday lunch at Jing. None of us had ever been there before. It was a truly lovely time with good service, wonderful food, and atmosphere. Very attentive service personnel, courteous and knowledgeable. When in that area, we will go back."

  • "Catching up with a friend and business colleague over generous portions and a clean, modern space was perfect. I always forget that the portions are pretty healthy and tasty, not always the case for a "nicer" lunch spot, which Jing definitely is. Service is attentive and friendly enough, but the staff can fall into "auto-pilot" during the lunch rush. I especially like the crispy chicken and their sushi selection."

  • "I love Jing, or as many friends and family call it, "Jings". I thought about this as my 13 y.o. son and I ate there Saturday night for a special night out. I realized that I'd been going to Jing for business lunches, dinners and family nights for almost 4 years and have never had a bad meal. My son and I started with the Wor Wonton soup - fantastic. I asked for it very hot temp wise, and that's how it came. Next up, a few small plates - spicy tuna rolls (could use a bit more spice, but otherwise tasted fantastic), a few of the Kobe beef sliders, and a generous pour of whisky (for me!)."
