The staff is always very friendly and professional. They recognize us when we arrive. This last visit I didn't even have to tell them my name for the reservation...they remembered me and the type of table I request. That's ritz Carlton service!!! We started with several of the new cheeses - Bad Axe was my favorite - which we paired with the ever-tasty Chardonnay. Our entrees were the Cod and the Lobster Paperadale (sp) with which we continued to enjoy our Chardonnay.
Our sever, Kate, did a phenomenal job checking-in on us at the appropriate times which ensured we enjoyed our meal. We look forward to coming back and trying out other entrees -- the filet with the "slow cooked duck egg" looked incredible!

I find their wines to be unique and pleasant to a relatively untrained pallet. The staff made some excellent suggestions for all courses of dinner. We have visited the winery before and ordered their wine online several times, but this was our first time dining there. Based on this experience, we will be returning in the future.
