  • Jay's is tucked away downstairs

Jay's is tucked away downstairs away from any views what so ever. Not very appealing to look at. We were hungry for pizza so we thought we would try it out. Pizza lacked flavor and was boring. The greek salad was really good though. Our server did ok until she informed us that she was going to be really busy when a party of 9got there. Understandable if the place was busy, but we were the only ones there. Once that party arrived, we were forgotten. Very disappointing!!!

Was looking for a nice but not fancy restaurant. Saw Jays mentioned on Open Table so gave it a try. Not much for looks but food was great and reasonable!

I walked in and was very sceptical. Not the most attractive spot. Looks like a divey pizza place. I was pleasantly surprised when we got our food. Really fresh, crisp salads, and the pasta primavera was great!!! The veggies were perfectly cooked!

If it hadn't been for Open Table, we would never have found this restaurant; it's tucked back in a little food court behind several other businesses. We were tired and not too hungry, so I ordered a side salad and appetizer ribs. The ribs were excellent and plentiful for an app portion; reasonably-priced as well. My husband had a chef's salad that was very good.

Local pizza place, that has great drink specials everyday. Sandwiches and burgers are very good at a good price. Pizza is hand made and really good. $3.00 drink special varies every day and lasts all day long, but there is also a Happy Hour every day from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
    Special Features:
fit for foodies, great for outdoor dining, neighborhood gem, great for lunch

  • Upon arriving at the restaurant,

Upon arriving at the restaurant, the hostess and rest of the staff was unaware that we had a reservation for 6 booked through OT. They were excellent at seating us immediately, but after that, everything went down hill. Food and drinks service was very delayed. We received our food 45 minutes after we ordered, with no update of when our food would be ready. The food was good, but maybe because we were so hungry by the time we received it. Probably not the best spot for birthdays or special occasions either. I'm sure this place has potential... if it was better staffed.

  • I made a reservation for this

I made a reservation for this place because I had an Entertainment coupon for buy an entree and save $8 off a second entree. I got there and it was empty. We were the only ones there and it was really hot, so we sat outside since the restaruant had no ventilation. When I got there I asked to use the coupon. The host said no I could not because I made a reservation through open table. I asked him if he can cancel the reservation then, so that I can use the coupon. He told me no. I got a burger, my bf got a pastrami sandwich. It was not extraordinary and I was not pleased eating it. I don't recommend this place to anyone. The yelp reviews are bad too.
