  • "Everything was perfect with the exception of the following. There was another restaurant using a room to the side, and there were several times these employees would walk through the restaurant carrying cardboard boxes and trays that are meant for the dishwasher. The back of the house was using the restaurant as a pass through and our table was next to it. It just killed the ambience. There should have been a better way to accomplish this. We made the trek to this restaurant because of the food network special that created it and was disappointed with the ambience."

  • "Our group of 3 were among the first into the restaurant. Our app, calamari, was excellent and the best part of the meal. We shared 3 mains. The sweet potato map he was ok, considering I don't especially care for any of its cousin japche. We also ordered cashew chicken. It wasn't quite as spicy as I had hoped for but was ok. We also had a snapper dish that was good enough but bland. The fish was perfectly cooked however. All in all, an ok dining experience. Service was vg the room is nice. Prices are very reasonable. I am certain with a bit of work that I can find items on this menu that I really like."

  • "Service was awful, food didn't have enough seasoning, cocktails were 90 percent ICE. Wont go there again and wont recommend it to a friend. Expected more of it :("

  • "Every dish friends and I have tried has been excellent. Flavoring is subtle, not overpowering, and nothing is overcooked or overdone."

  • "For a restaurant in a casino off the strip, this was a very pleasant surprise! The food was very reasonable and tasted awesome!"

  • "Came to las Vegas to try Jayde Fuzion after watching Seonkyong Longest win on restaurant express. Although she is no longer the executive chef, the atmosphere and food she created is absolutely amazing. The servers and genuinely nice and helpful and the food is marvelous. Asian food has never tasted better. I tried 5 dishes along with sushi rolls and 3 of the desserts, all were presented beautifully and tasted great with flavors that light up your mouth. Jayde Fuzion is definitely a place to visit while in Vegas."

  • "I went to Jayde Fuzion with a group of people from work. Most of us were in the military...having lived in South Korea and Japan. The dishes we ordered were full of flavor and a big hit all around. They were served "family style" so it was easy to try each dish without committing to it. I ordered dishes that I saw on Restaurant Express and they did not disappoint. But we found out the executive chef (the winner of Restaurant Express) went back to Mississippi...I was looking forward to seeing her and perhaps meeting her. Overall, I would highly recommend Jayde Fusion."

  • "Food was great but be careful where you are seated because we were in a high traffic area so all the staff thought we were being served but after 10 min we had to ask for a server to come to our table and it felt like the entire evening we were being ignored. The server also did not apologize for letting us just sit there waiting."

  • "The food was fresh and very flavorful. Plenty of great options including fresh sushi"

  • "The restaurant is nicely decorated, but the food disappointed us. The pork belly in the lettuce wrap was dry and the quality of the meat was bad. Had to spit out parts because it didn't feel like it was something I should swallow. We really wanted to enjoy our meal because we stay at the M Resort frequently and we wanted success for the chef, but without a lot of improvement in flavor and quality I don't think it will survive. Sorry."

  • "Mediocre--Chow mien was little more than a plate of noodles with a few shrimp. Not worth much. Taste was bland. One of the other diners had glass noodles with vegetables--many noodles, few vegetables--also bland. Altogether a disapointing experience."

  • "The food was good but the portion's are very small. If you are hungry this is not the place to go, was there with a party of 5 & left still being hungry."

  • "We had heard about Jayde Fusion through the Food Network, and were eager to try it out. We had four for dinner, and got reservations the day before. The food is brought family-style, and there were plenty of options to pick from. We really enjoyed the pork dumplings and spicy pork dish, and the fried oriental rice was also very good. All the dishes we had were very good, but the desserts were to die for! We had the green tea creme brulee and the yudu doughnuts, which were out of this world! The wait staff was very attentive, and all were very polite and ready to bring us anything we needed. We would definitely go to this restaurant again!"

  • "Would come back just for the sushi! Very high grade. The beef and brocolli was one of the best! Loved the noodles!"

  • "The Korean Street Tacos (appetizer) were awesome. They only give you three though so if you are sharing I recommend getting two orders of them. We also had the Surf & Turf sushi roll and it was yummy. Our main dish was a salmon with asparagus in a sweet soy sauce. For dessert we had the dark chocolate mousse-another tasty item. The prices are good too. $8 for a sushi roll and I think the other appetizers were around the same price as well as dessert."

  • "Enjoyed the meal-a bit pricey for a local meal to do often."
    Dined on 3/14/2014
  • "In a price / taste comparison -- the food on a whole was better tasting than most Asian places, but the price was way higher -- by a factor of 2 or 3 times. Would we go back -- probably not just because of the high price. If money is no object then go as you will find excellent service and a very knowledgeable wait staff who do a very good job at making you feel welcome. Single best dish was the prawns -- highly recommended."

  • "The atmosphere was very relaxing. The food items we ate were outstanding. The best item we had was a Duck slider. It arrived with two sliders and we both had one each. We had delicious sushi, and a delightful crab salad. The spider rolls we ordered were delicious and very tasty. Overall I would recommend this to anyone who wants an outstanding meal."

  • "We tried four different dishes and loved them all. We were surprised at the large portions of some of the dishes given the reasonable price point. This was our second time here and we will definitely be coming back."

  • "We thought the decor was really nice, very elegant....It's open and airy as well.....The food was excellent, especially the Korean Street Tacos....We were with my parents who have only had takeout Chinese type food......So we stayed safe and ordered Beef Chow Fun, Emperor's fried rice, as well as some tempura......All of it was good, our server was great, made good recommendations.....The yuzu doughnuts and mango pudding were the best desserts.....We followed the Chef on Restaurant Express and were cheering for her.....You never know if the food is going to taste as good as it looked on TV.....But it did.....It was lovely to meet her and we'll definitely be back (so we can try some more of the adventurous items)....."

  • "ordered Chinese broccoli they brought beef broccoli they took it back and later I noticed that the table behind us got a complimentary beef broccoli hmmmm our returned dish we got a lemon chicken dish compliment hmmm must have been a mistake again at another table. I think that someone in the kitchen cannot read English and there is a problem. Our food could have been warmer it was not very hot the pork buns and the compliment lemon chicken was nearly cold otherwise this place was wonderful they just need to fix a few little problems the waitress was outstanding and overall they need to downsize the help who needs someone coming to the table pouring water every five minutes.."

  • "The service needs work. We sat for 10 mins w no sign of our food server, and the food came out in random order so appetizers followed entrees. But the food was good! The Asian chicken salad and pork entree (spicy) were great and worth going back for. It is worth noting that the prices are reasonable. I am hoping that the service issue is temporary. Once that is fixed, it will be worth returning."

  • "I heard about this restaurant from the Food Network reality show. I was excited to take my Valentine here for a special dinner. We were not disappointed. Everything was great from the reasonable prices, to service to amazing food and cocktails. We will be back."

  • "The sushi was not good, not delivered in a timely manner. Looked amateurish in presentation. the waiter must have been new, as he said at first there was not hot sake, then came back during the middle of dinner and said they could heat some up, but it would not be that good as it was not a hot sake type of wine. there were 4 of us and we each received our meals at a different time. had taken guests and they would not necessarly come back. we had been at the sushi bar once before and it was satisfactory. was ready to give it another chance, but will probably not be coming back."

  • "We had to try the restaurant after seeing Restaurant Express. The food is every bit as good as billed during the show. The duck sliders and street tacos were a great way to start the meal and the Kimchee fried rice was amazing. The waitress we had was a little inattentive and did not provide great service, but the fact that the chef floated around the room checking on everyone made up for it."

  • "The food is amazing - the way she managed to combine tastes from different food and bring it together in one delectable dish. You can appreciate all the subtle twists on each cuisine."

  • "Was pleased with the food. However if your going to serve decaffeinated coffee it should be good and it wasnt. The service was not good it took 3 hours for us to get out of there. May not go back for that reason."

  • "If you get a server named Rose...run! We arrived at 6:15. Rose arrived at our table at 6:43. We had a "temp" waiter that got our beer and that was the last of him. I wish I had read the yelp reviews before I made a reservation...I would not have gone. We were so excited to go and soooo disappointed."

  • "Our experience didn't live up to our expectations. The restaurant looks very nice and our server was excellent. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. The food, however, was only OK. Our group of four shared seven dishes and none of them stood out as great. There were a couple, however, that were not good. The fried rice dish had clumps of undercook, hard rice. The signature donuts weren't cooked fresh and actually tasted a little old and dry. The signature lettuce wraps had was the least favorite of all at the table. I like to see new places succeed, so hopefully Jayde Fuzion will improve and become a gem."

  • "We had a great night out. Good wine and outstanding food. We had the crab salad (highly recommended), calamari, emperor rice, honey walnut prawns and Korean lobster. Enjoyed the meal and wine. Will definitely will go there again. Very reasonable for the amount and quality of the food. Great service. This restraint is a winner!"

  • "We had reservations and waited 25 min to be seated although our table was empty, then another 20 min before waiter stopped to tell us she'd be with us soon, then 10 min before she came back. Food came out but slow service, we rarely saw our waitress to get refills, etc. Another 25 min to get bill once we asked for it. Restaurant was not full, but appeared they were understaffed for waiters. Ribs had great flavor, but no meat on them, chow mein was terrible and they charged $5 extra to get the combo protein and it barely had 2/3 pieces of each. Wonton soup had flavor, but only 2 wontons. Lemon chicken, duck sliders, tempura, dumplings were very good. Disappointing and overpriced, especially when you have to drive so far out to get to it."
