Inspired by one of San Francisco's first surveyors, legendary Jasper O'Farrell - Jasper's Corner Tap & Kitchen pays homage to the history and culture of the social city Jasper O'Farrell envisioned. Having been instrumental in shaping the city's landscape, most notably with the diagonal creation of… Market Street and influencing the names of key streets, Jasper O'Farrell helped create a social and commercial city. Jasper O'Farrell was known to have gathered in local watering holes, and enjoyed spending time socializing with his peers and neighbors in the local bars and restaurants.

"Thanks for a great experience! We came in before our play and are already talking about making Jasper's our dinner spot before our next one. Perfect for our group that usually disagree on where to eat. There is something for everyone!! And deeelicious!!"

"This is probably the fifth time my girlfriend and I have eaten here. We constantly recommend Jaspers and have basically eaten our way through the entire menu. Everything was great. The J burger is highly recommended as are the ribblets."

"The location is further away from Union Square and much closer to the tenderlion than I had expected. Large beer selection - some unique ones mixed in with a lot of regulars. Great deviled eggs and soft prezels. The burger and sausage were good too. Recommended for a small group of friends just wanting to throw a few beers back with some good food."

"We were not excited about our meal at Jasper's Corner although I loved that I could order Porter on tap. The restaurant has no ambiance whatsoever. It's stark and cold. Service was adequate. Food was tasty but nothing exceptional. I would not go back."
