For dinner, I had the fresh made pasta, which was equally delicious and very filling. I gave this four stars only because the food was slow in coming. All of the dishes ordered between us, which included a terrific Crab Bisque, Lump Crab and Avocado, Bourbon-Glazed Quail, and a lovely Filet Mignon (there was considerable plate-swapping) were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable, not overly intrusive but attentive. The servers were continually taking care of minor details such as water refills and timely plate clearing without prompting. When we entered, there really wasn't anyone to greet us, but the manager came within 2 minutes and escorted us to our table. The waiters were very prompt. We had the lamb meatballs to start with which were divine, melted in your mouth and worked perfectly with the mango chutney. For dinner, I had the sea bass and the boyfriend had the filet. My sea bass was cooked perfectly, flaky, moist, delicious. If this rating was based off of me I would have gave Jardenea 5 stars. Unfortunately, my boyfriend's filet was perfectly cooked but poorly seasoned. The meat was over seasoned on one side and not seasoned on the other. Making some bites very salty3/30/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazing, unique food and theAmazing, unique food and the newly renovated design of the hotel is beautiful.3/29/2013 12:00:00 AMA very nice place tucked inA very nice place tucked in the Melrose hotel, we passed the hotel twice with out knowing that the restaurant is inside hotel (lack of signage), front door personnel guided us to the restaurant, where we got greeted by the manager, sat us down and gave us the description of the menu, suggested few items. I ordered the BLT salad, my wife ordered the beet salad as appetizers, my entree was the Lamb and the wife had the Duck. Food took time to come out but it was worth it. Service was top notch, manager check on us couple of times which we liked.
