The food was presented in a stunning manner as well. From the caviar with creme fresh, to the homemade breads, to the appetizers and entree selections it was all wonderful. I did not have dessert, as I could not stop eating the bread. I hear the desserts are a must so i will return for another meal and plan for dessert as well. The Restaurant was beautiful inside. We all tried different things and the food was outstanding. The presentations were beautiful, the portions were much larger than I expected, and the service was impeccable. I would recommend the five course with wine pairings if you plan on having wine anyway. The food was fantastic and the service was superb. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive. I had the Ahi tuna with short ribs and not only was the dish great but the presentation was spectacular. My husband had the Scottish Salmon and this was also great. Nick was our waiter but I felt that the hole staff was waiting on us for the evening. Our drinks were never empty and food was timed perfect. We asked for recommendations from drinks to dessert the staff was spot on. We dine at Ruth Chris on a regular bases there service and food is also above and beyond exception, I put James at the Mill in this class. Thanks to the wait staff and chefs for a great annaversry. I had a very good bottle of wine and a steak. Several of the wait and management staff spoke with me and discussed the wine choice and other wines on the menu. I received great attention from them as well as good suggestions for future information. The chefs also shared information on the preparation of the meal I chose. Excellent service, beautiful cuisine, lovely ambience. My tenderloin was perfectly rare and the tortilla soup was the best this South Texas boy has ever eaten. Jacqui's sea bass was delectable. It was not noted on their website that there was a special menu for the weekend. If we knew that, we would have gone elsewhere. Spent over $200 for 2 people. It was not worth that much. The menu is filled with great items like the Szechuan style baby back ribs and the spinach fettuccine.
