The bruschetta was wonderful. Great presentation - best I've seen. My daughter and I were attending the theatre and decided to have dinner in Jambalya before the performance. We have season tickets and will definitely dine in Jambalya again before going to the show. I have already recommended this restaurant to other friends.

We had a great time at Jambalaya! We met a group of friends for my husband's birthday and had a limited amount of time before going to Zanie's. The waitress was very attentive even though she was busy. The food came out quickly and we were never without drinks or in need of anything. Half of our table had Pigfest which was delicious, I had a terrific salad. Everyone enjoyed their food and the atmosphere was lively and fun but not too loud that you couldn't talk. I would definitely go back.

The restaurant is located inside in the middle of the Pheasant Run Resort Building. Kind of hart to find but nothing than can regret after all. Good Louisianian's food, not to spice just the right amount of herbs that made this food so tented. We highly recommended.

We have been to Jambalaya quite a few times. The buffet was different this time, as it was all pork. They called it Pork Fest. It was ok. Their regular creole/cajun buffet is better.
Their live entertainment is very good.

The menu listed on the website showcased many creole dishes and New Orleans favorites which led to the excitement of the name of the restaurant, "Jambalaya". Unfortunately, the menu has been changed and the only dishes that remain focused on the creole tradition is jambalaya and a gumbo soup. It was a disappointment find after sitting down for lunch where the waiter informed us of a chnge in the menu to traditional American fare. Unless planning a trip to Pheasant Run and staying on the property, I would not recommend the food.

the ribfest...ribs were way to well done.....as i walked in at 6 25 for our reservation i notice the bread pudding table had just a spoonful left---i thought oh well i will be able to have some fresh.....to my utter amazement you guys ran out of the bread pudding...your server said oh well they have other pastry up there....that is not what was advertised....also he asked if we wanted a drink and suggested the beer specail for 2.00 i accepeted his recommnedations...only to find our you guys had run out of beer at 630 on a saturday nite.....not good..i live 3 miles from your location
