I usually judge an Indian restaurant by the quality of their biryani, and that was the best biryani I've ever had or at least one of the best. My girlfriend ordered Chicken Makhani which was unbelievably good! Surprisingly great food, helpful and energetic server, and great drinks for a very modest price. Liked tha mango lassi, but we hated the salted lassi. The veggie samosa was not bad. The complimentary crispy bread and sauces were addictive. The chicken tikka masala was excellent. My husband loved the lamb chops. The vegetble pakoras were surprisingly good. The veggie buryani was ok but I would request less ginger. Their ras mali is the best in Chicago!
