  • "My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. I made reservations through Open Table. We arrived early for our reservation. The hostess was very friendly and was able accommodate us. I had mentioned on our reservation that it was our Anniversary. The staff was aware of our special occasion and all congratulated us. The service was excellent. Our severing staff was attentive, but not intrusive. The spacing of the appetizer, salad, entrée made for a great dining experience. Love this place. Awesome Shrimp cocktail and succulent filet."

We have eaten there on multiple occasions and every time is memorable in a very special way. The food, service, and ambience is excellent. The back-lighted menus are a special touch. Drinks are full strength, if not slightly more. The sea bass is the best I have ever eaten. They also have free range chicken on the menu. We are very conscious in eating healthful food and Jack Binion's always has menu items to support our passion. Plan on $100 per couple for the typical meal, not counting the drinks. Pricey, but worth every penny."

The food was excellent and we were even given a sample of wagu beef and a little sorbee between courses. The chef came out to see if we were enjoying our meal. Overall a great meal and excellent service. We loved that there was no crying children or children at all in this type of atmosphere."

  • "We chose jack binions because our normal Jeff rubys was booked and it was recommended. We have recieved better service at Texas Roadhouse. We were sat in "non smoking" which was literally 2 feet from 3 smoking tables with no exhaust or wall to collect some of the smell. Steak was ok.. But cooked in an oven and not on a grill so you loose that opportunity to be moist and cooked to perfection because now it's "timed" cook."

  • "My wife got the $70 Wagyu filet and she didn't think it was a top 10 steal she's had even though it was probably the most expensive. My ribeye was really good, but the potato was mediocre. Salads were neat as they were prepared table side. The service had a head waitress and a helper, but we still ran out of refreshments at few times. Unless you have points to get the meal for free, I would suggest Jeff ruby's or del friscos in Louisville."

  • "My wife and I celebrated our 17th anniversary there, food was very good atmosphere was very nice, the only thing was that our waitress was kind of having a bad day really didn't check on us too often, if we needed anything but the buser service was good they were always checking to see if we needed more bread, water,pop etc.the only other complaint I have was the food was a little pricey especially in the economic times we are in.Overall it was a nice experience for me and my wife.We enjoyed ourselves"

  • "I eat here often so have tried just about everything on the menu. For the most part everything is very good. Service is outstanding. The ONLY reason I would not recommend it is because it's a bit (well, a lot) more expensive than what people I know would be comfortable paying. If you have an appetizer (Try the crab cakes. Outstanding!), salad, an entree with an add-on (Add the scallops. Best I've ever had), a cocktail and desert, you're easily looking at $100/person. BUT, if you're fortunate enough to get Tammy as your server it's worth every bit of $100/person. And if you're not so fortunate, then ask for her! She'll make you feel right at home and not in some hoity-toity place where others will gasp should you pick up the wrong fork."

  • "This was my second time dining at Binion's and I was very, very disappointed in the experience, especially since the gathering was to celebrate my birthday. This experience left me so disappointed that I will not return. Arriving for my reservation and being told that it would be a bit before our table would be ready we joined some other friends at the bar. Waiting for at least 15 minutes at the bar I was never able to order a cocktail. The bar was not crowded and I waited patiently for a bartender to approach me so I could place an order, but that never happened. The food was ok, but not worth the $145 that I paid. When I asked the server to box my food she brought a box to the table and dropped it off so I could box it myself."

  • "We visit Binions monthly. Food varies from v good to excellent, but one of the main reasons we eat there so often is the bartender. He makes the best old fashion I have ever had. Am 71 so I have sampled plenty of them!!! I think you should name the cocktail, MIke's Old Fashion. I would like to compliment the main hostess .....Nikki. She is delightful, efficient and calls us by name. She is the type of person who would go out of her way to accommodate her patrons. We have never asked for anything special, but I know she would help us if we had a request. Consider bringing the diamond/ seven stars menu back........it was fun New area of tables has no ambiance .......too light and tables too close to one another"

  • "There were 3 of us dining that evening. The waitress and assistant were exceptional. They checked on our drink refills and offered more bread. You have a wonderful serving and chef's service. My scallops were from an absolute 5 star restaurant. I have been to Vegas and this Jack Binions is one of the best. I have even been to Jack Ruby's and I prefer Jack Binions. I just wish you would send coupons or more comps for the players. Thank You!"

  • "My wife and I, along with her life long friend who lives in Louisville, once again had the opportunity to dine at JB's Steak House at Horseshoe Southern Indiana. As usual, as in every time we have dined there, the atmosphere was outstanding, the food portions were more than adequate, all dishes prepared exquisitely and the service from prep to table was immediate. Waiters and waitresses are well trained, friendly, and prompt and the assistants were also competent and friendly. It is just to bad the staff at JB's Southern Indiana could not be "cloned" for other locations...in particular Cincinnati."

  • "It was my husband's birthday and I requested a chocolate German cake. They were unable to fulfill this request, but they did make him a wonderful chocolate cake. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness. The food and service was excellent. The hostess was fantastic, very warm and friendly. Prices were a little high, but the food and service made paying the higher price worth the experience."

  • "I had my company Christmas dinner there. We had an OK server but nothing spectacular like one would expect in a placr of this caliber. We ordered a variety of things such as a pasta dish, chicken, sea bass and some steaks. My wife ordered some extra sause that was on the chicken and when it was finally brought to her it was not even warmed, in fact it was cold. The steaks were excellent and cooked exactly how they were ordered. Then the deserts came and the 2 people that got the peach cobbler were delighted, but 2 of us got the chocolate lava cake and I must say the middle that was supposed to be hot and running out when you cut into the cake was only luke warm and very thick. I think the price was a bit much for the experience."

  • "We have been going to Jack Binion's for 5 years now and we always request to have a table where Michael is the waiter. (on a side note he looks like Anderson Cooper.) He is phenomenal. It doesn't matter what you order he treats you like you ordered the highest priced item. I love that they make the banana's Foster table side and he is by far the best I have ever seen with the making and presentation. How he used 2 spoons as tongs in the preparation is beyond me, but it was amazing to watch and made it that much more enjoyable. If you ever go to Jack Binion's you should ask to sit in Michael's section. He is just amazing and he has been there the whole time that we have been going there."
