J Bistro DowntownA Suprise in Sandusky!!If you offer it, they will come! This restaurant is doing so much right, it's hard to believe it's in Sandusky. The menu has been exceptionally well thought out and creative. My mother and I celebrated Mothers' Day with perfectly prepared lamb and beet pasta. Both were obviously prepared with careful consideration to flavor, texture and presentation. The staff was welcoming and we enjoyed the overall sense of humor and fun. The atmosphere is like what you would find in a larger city, not typical Sandusky, OH. Although it was a busy night with some delays in service, we didn't mind due to the wonderful sounds of Silver and Strings. The food was the outstanding and original.
