"We ate at J&K in Morristown on a Tuedsay evening; the restuarant was not crowded and reasonably quiet. The food (appetizer - crab cake; steaks - filet) was excellent and the service outstanding. The hostess (Susan) was attentive and most friendly."

"THIS IS A BYOB RESTAURANT!!!! Didn't see any notification on either the Open Table writeup, nor when I looked at the restaurant menu.
We arrived, were graciously seated in a quiet table (as requested on OT), and.....discovered there was no alcohol. We were celebrating, and wanted to have a nice dinner w/ wine. Needless to say, it took a little out of our occasion.

Otherwise, the restaurant was very nice, service friendly and informed about the menu. Food was very good, my steak arrived a little more rare than I'd asked, but overall was good."

"We had been saving a night there for a special occasion to try and it did not let down. I did not know it was a byo prior to going but the food was excellent. I highly recommend the calamari, spinach with truffle oil, filet mignon, and Creme brûlée."

"The restaurant experience would have been greatly enhanced had we not arrived to find our reservation time pushed up 1&1/2 hours. I don't know how this happened since both my confirmation of reservation and reminder clearly stated 6:30PM. Upon arrival we were told that the automated OpenTable system had put 8PM in and there were no tables available until then. On a warm evening in Morristown this would not have been so bad, but it was cold and dark and we had nowhere to go for the extended time. The restaurant did find a table available before 8PM but we were still inconvenienced having had to find another place to go until 8PM. Please provide me with a follow up explanation for how this happened."
