   Yes I would recommend this place to anyone food was amazing , we tried the crab cakes which were loaded with chunks of crab, the steak was juicy and very tender also very flavorful, calamari was really good , we also had the cilantro shrimp, the Mac n cheese was probably the best I have ever had , and last but not least the carrot cake was so moist and delicious.... really enjoyed the dinner ... we were celebrating a birthday, we will definitely be back

   Great place to meet up with friends, date night. I love the relaxed feel of this place. Definitely would return. All of the dishes our party had were outstanding and our server, Madison was well-timed and friendly.

   Service was fantastic, believe we had Mark, who was very knowledgeable. The calamari we got as an appetizer was perfectly done. I had the steak burger, which was fantastic. The coleslaw I got with was just OK. My girlfriend got the chicken platter, which was outstanding. The Mac and cheese that came with it was great. The fries were just OK. We got their “Powerful Stuff” for dessert which was a giant ice cream tower, and it was a great way to finish off a meal. Overall great experience, would definitely return

   I have been a few times and have not found an entree I have enjoyed even a little. The french fries are fabulous and their desserts are on point, but, main meals (to me) are just medium. We had a GREAT server!

   I've always been a big fan a Houston's in Atlanta, and this restaurant had a similar feel and similar food, although it was a bit quieter and easier to have a conversation. Also, parking was very easy as parking lot is quite large. Food was delicious!

   The atmosphere is always nice and they have good food. But the best part is the carrot cake. AMAZING!

   My boyfriend and I enjoy coming to J Alexander for special occasions. We came here on an afternoon lunch date. The dood was served promptly and it was hot. We tried the salmon dip but had to send it back, too fishy. We always order the same thing every time we come; the spinach con quest dip, AMAZING, the jack daniels crispy chicken fingers platter and it is always delicious and super filling.

    We have been a steady patron of JA,Dunwoody... Celebrated my daughters Federal employee promotion.. Had 4 orders of filet . Not up to the standards of previous occasions..
