  • On March 2nd 2009 IVY opened its doors inviting guests into an atmosphere best described as "Casual Elegance". The name comes from the fact that the entire building, located in beautiful historic downtown Wheaton at 120 N.Hale is covered with lush green ivy. The historic building was built as a chapel in 1928, owners Dick and Carol O'Gorman along with General Manager Jason Sandquist, and partners Mark and Vicki Nelson have utilized the beauty and historic architecture of the building to create unique dinning experience. By incorporating the beautiful stained glass windows and commanding cathedral ceiling, they have turned all aspects of this majestic interior into an absolute perfect backdrop for Executive Chef Brian Goewey's creative dishes. Chef Brian's creativity, attention to detail, and consistency will make you want to re-visit us again and again.
