My fave restaurant was booked out so we tried Isabel Pearl instead. Some things just work out for the best as this place was a REAL GEM. They get the basics spot on: Delicious, wholesome and affordable (not "cheap" - but a terrific value for under $20 per person for dinner). Additional bonuses: Apparently they grow much of their own produce on a local organic-method farm nearby; One side of the building's glass walls tip out to offer the feeling of outdoor dining without being entirely exposed; The menu items are culinary creations - interesting (in a good way) - and all at this price. The food here was AMAZING. I got the Salmon and my husband got the Steak--both were very tasty, perfect texture, not overcooked, fresh vegetables and a creative twist of coconut rice and fried bananas, respectively, as the starch--super tasty!
