We are anxious to return after renovations to see what improvements have been made. We also like the idea of bringing our own wines and paying cork fee. Iron's manager, Julie, is also one of the rare finds among restaurant managment whom Iron should be grateful to have as part of their staff. Both her's and Alex's willingness to make our Iron experience special and memorable made our afternoon lunch into a magical experience. We would highly recommend Iron to anyone visiting or living in the Pensacola area.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMUnique with an exciting menuUnique menu including quail, elk, rabbit, etc.- also, we were told that it changes often. We had the rabbit & elk rib eye - excellent. Also had escargot & oysters for appetizer which were also excellent. The escargot had a very flavorful sauce & was done perfectly (so was the oysters but the escargot was my favorite & not on most menus).
