Great value too, considering the quality.6/11/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat ExperienceA fantastic spot! Will certainly be returning. Well crafted menu, fabulous view and very comfortable surroundings.6/8/2013 12:00:00 AMa wonderful experienceI had the opportunity to enjoy dinner with my girlfriend and it was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious And the service was fantastic. It was so good that we stayed until we were the only ones there. Nobody rushed us and I actually felt a little bad that we were holding up everyone from going home. Everyone smiled and was gracious to say good evening. Even though we held them from going home.6/8/2013 12:00:00 AMA little gem for a SaturdsyA little gem for a Saturdsy afternoon. Jodan was our destination but lunch at the Inn on the Twenty was the highlight.
The food was beautifully prepared and presented...a very fresh approach and highly creative.6/4/2013 12:00:00 AMInn on the TwentyI would definitely recommend this restaurant for any special occasion or just a nice dinner out. We introduced our eldest son
And he said he'd definitely return.
A hit all round6/3/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat food. Friendly , notGreat food. Friendly , not overbearing , service. Definitely worth a repeat.6/2/2013 12:00:00 AMEnjoyable DiningStopped by for dinner after a day at Niagara-on-the-Lake. The ambience is pleasant, view out the windows relaxing and the food is plentiful, good flavors, nice presentation and not expensive.
A really good way to miss the heavy traffic, have a good dinner and a more relaxing drive back to Toronto.5/26/2013 12:00:00 AMAlways a pleasureWe travelled over 40 minutes to get to the restaurant via the Wine Route. We have enjoyed the food and ambience several times and are never disappointed. Being able to make reservations on-line is a definite plus for those of us who travel a distance.5/26/2013 12:00:00 AMBack to the restaurant I knowHave had spotty success with this venue in the past, but had a fabulous luncheon this weekend. When it's good, it's really good! This just makes the disappointing visits that much harder to take...5/25/2013 12:00:00 AMOver the top ServiceWhile the restaurant provided its usual 5* menu, the Service staff person was exceptional: a wonderful smile, knowledgeable about wine pairing, and recommendation re: lunch item. She made the whole experience exceptional. While we thanked her personally this review is to continue our praise for "over the top" service..5/19/2013 12:00:00 AMTranquil Setting, Fabulous FoodFour of us dined On the Twenty last Saturday night (May 18th, 2013). The food (beef tenderloin that melted in the mouth, a gorgeous double pork chop, delicious chicken and tasty pasta with tomato and mushrooms, each paired with fresh vegetables) was wonderful and not a scrap was left. With salads to start and decadent desserts to follow, it was a memorable meal. The service was attentive without intruding, tables are set far enough apart that other diners' conversations were not overheard and we looked out over a wooded valley as dusk advanced. This is a winery (Cave Springs) restaurant that stocks other Canadian and European wines. We were celebrating a Birthday, but no special occasion is required to enjoy this excellent restaurant.5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMFriends Meet HalfwayOur friends live near Buffalo, and we live in Richmond Hill, so we meet halfway at the Inn on the Twenty for lunch every spring. This is our third year, and we have never been disappointed. The special this time was grilled trout, shrimp and calamari, which were scrumptious. The desserts were out of this world! Can't wait to go back, so we may not wait until next spring.5/14/2013 12:00:00 AMOn The Twenty is one of ourOn The Twenty is one of our favorite restaurants on the Niagara Peninsula. We've been going there regularly for many years.
The food, service, wine, interior and exterior settings are always excellent. We highly recommended it!5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat ExperienceA nice quiet amazing dinner, some kids were there however it was not too noisy, beautiful scenery and great service. A truly amazing birthday dinner. I had the lamb shank which was delicious, plus the risotto was cooked to perfection.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMOne of the best in NiagaraIf you are looking for an evening of spectacular food, wine & views Inn on the Twenty is the place to be. Seasonal menu includes only the freshest & local ingredients. Prices are extremely competitive to other establishments however, portion size & presentation and cooking methods far exceed other establishments. Inn on the Twenty is the best culinary gem in Niagara.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat ExperienceOn the Twenty deserves rave reviews for their food, service and vista./ Our meal was outstanding and i would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to friends.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMGirl's Night OutInn on the Twenty was the perfect place to celebrate my mother's birthday! Definitely great for a girl's night/day out - especially when followed by the spa!4/1/2013 12:00:00 AMI ordered the beet salad andI ordered the beet salad and for a lunch entree, the scallops, (on Wed.,April 3). The flavors, combinations of flavors, textures, were scrumptious. And the Cave Springs Riesling was an excellent pairing to this fabulous meal.
We live in western NY, about 2 1/2 hours away, and for the past 14+ years have made this restaurant a destination on day and weekend trips3/4/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat place for couplesWe very much enjoyed the food and the ambiance of the restaurant - service was good, friendly and efficient and we would certainly recommend to others. We found the menu simple but everything we ordered was terrific. Good value for a high end restaurant and we found it comparable in many ways to Mistura or SD26 - would have like to have talked with the chef.2/3/2013 12:00:00 AMA quiet, mid-week anniversaryA quiet, mid-week anniversary celebration in the traditionally slow winter season. Nice wine list - Cave Springs (owner of restaurant), other Niagara VQA wines and some international ones as well. Server was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. We were looked after well, without fawning or over-attention. The beet salad was terrific...amazing flavours. Beef tenderloin was a generous portion, cooked as requested and served without a lot of clutter on the plate. We will go back, for certain.1/1/0001 4:00:00 PM
