Our waiter was very attentive and gave great recommendations on food (since we were not familiar with Peruvian food). Try the drink made from purple corn. Not to be missThis is my favorite restaurant in Sarasota. Located in a strip mall, one is in for a wonderful surprise. The decor is extremely well done and the food and service ( salad, ceviche , shrimp, chicken) are all incredibly well prepared. The owner/host could not be more gracious. Both times the food was delicious, the portions were extremely generous and the staff could not have been nicer. I do business in Peru and have eaten at many of the great restaurants in the Lima foodie scene and Inkanto was in the same league.
