OpenTable Announces 2009 Diners’ Choice Awards for Best Italian Restaurants

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — October 21, 2009 — In celebration of October being Italian Heritage month, OpenTable, Inc. (NASDAQ: OPEN; www.opentable.com), a leading provider of free, real-time online restaurant reservations for diners and reservation and guest management solutions for restaurants, today announced the 50 winners of its 2009 Diners’ Choice Awards for Best Italian restaurants. The list features a variety of restaurants throughout the U.S. serving various types of Italian cuisine. The list of winners is derived from more than three million reviews submitted by OpenTable diners for nearly 10,000 restaurants in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Based on feedback collected from OpenTable diners between October 2008 and September 2009, the following 50 restaurants, listed in alphabetical order, received the highest scores from OpenTable diners, indicating that they were considered among the best restaurants for Italian cuisine.
