Citysearch Selects OpenTable, Inc. as a Restaurant Reservation Provider

CHICAGO, Illinois — National Restaurant Association Show BOOTH # 5562 — (May 22, 2001) OpenTable, Inc. (www.opentable.com) and Citysearch (www.citysearch.com), a leading online local network and one of the core businesses operated by Ticketmaster (NASDAQ: TMCS) today announced an agreement that brings OpenTable’s real-time restaurant reservation functionality to Citysearch’s network of local city guides. Citysearch users are now able to search OpenTable’s inventory for restaurant table availability by cuisine type, neighborhood and price range and get instant online confirmation of reservations. OpenTable enables real-time reservations at 1200 of the nation’s finest restaurants in more than 30 dining destinations including San Francisco, New York, Chicago and Washington, DC.
