Technical Support Representative (San Francisco, CA) DescriptionThe Technical Support Representative (TSR) supports OpenTable restaurant customers and web consumers by responding to various requests, questions, suggestions, and comments via phone and email. Internal Client Relations Manager (San Francisco, CA) DescriptionThe Internal Client Relations Manager (iCRM) provides support to OpenTable restaurant partners in maximizing their reservation potential with OpenTable. The iCRM proactively contacts restaurants to assist them in increasing their available online reservation inventory. Techniques to increase inventory include promoting restaurant-referral links and OpenTable voicemail prompts. The iCRM also works to educate restaurant partners to reduce “Manager Slots”, increase the number of days in advance reservations can be made and to reduce online cover limits.
Working in a consultative role, the iCRM enables restaurant partners to receive more online covers – increasing revenue both for the restaurant and OpenTable. Responsibilities- Perform proactive contacts with restaurants to encourage additional online inventory

Senior Engineer positions (San Francisco, CA) DescriptionWe have multiple positions open in our Restaurant software and Web teams. Desired Experience- Must have good database knowledge & skills.

Domestic Accounting Manager (San Francisco, CA) DescriptionThe Accounting Manager manages the Accounting activities, supervises department employees, and manages the monthly close process. The position requires both supervisory skills and hands on skills to accomplish the responsibilities of the position. Incumbent will be responsible for people management of Accounting team consisting of approximately 5-7 members. Sr. General Ledger Accountant (San Francisco) Description Responsibilities- Performs professional work requiring knowledge of GAAP, and a good understanding and application of concepts, theories, principles, practices, terminology and applied bases of accounting
- Ensures all requisite journal entries are processed.

Sr. Manager, Inside Sales (San Francisco, CA) DescriptionThe Inside Sales Manager is charged with increasing the monetary value of the OpenTable installed restaurant base by executing sales promotions of additional OpenTable products and services.
